Abstract

The nutrition label is an important part in informing consumers about the nutrition content of food products. This study utilized structural equation modeling to derive the causal relationship between "Nutrition Label", "Nutrition Fact", "Reason to Check", and "Purchasing Decision" simultaneously. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected from respondents in Barangay 454 and 455, Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines.
