There is a problem of taking large profits at the beginning of payment causing customers to complain, setting annuity margins is considered not to provide justice for customers. In this case the author wants to examine and analyze the determination of the annuity method in the financing of Bank Aceh Syariah in terms of the principle of justice. In this research, the type of research used is library research. Based on this research, it was concluded that the determination of the annuity method used by Bank Aceh Syariah in the category of fulfilling the principle of justice for the customer is injured because the application of the annuity method at Bank Aceh Syariah contains a pattern of principal installment payments that changes to be higher and determination of profits whose value changes to be small. In the concept of Islamic justice or contained in Law Number 21 of 2008 regarding the concept of justice explains that transactions between customers and banks must obtain a form of justice. In practice the application of the annuity method tends to be manipulative so that the disbursement procedure seems burdensome to the customer. The application of the customer annuity method will incur a loss when the customer wants to pay off at the beginning but does not get an installment discount. That it has been practiced since Rasulullah SAW era was through many ways such as shulh, tahkim, and qadha. This study uses qualitative method and data collection is got from observation, direct interview to justice, attorney, lawyer, mediator, and the disputants. Based on the result of the study above is known that the role of mediation in solving sharia economy dispute as civilization toward ethical value of Islam is important and needs to be optimalized. According to Rasulullah SAW teaching, in fact, in a practice, there is failure of mediation in solving sharia economy dispute because the disputants feel that they are right and want to win finally by litigation way with consent or default judgment. Otherwise, mediation practice gives benefits for the disputants and based on Indonesian culture and civilization because solving dispute through mediation can be solved fast, correctly, and cheaply, thus it does not take much energy, time, and thought. In a result, it can keep privacy, beneficial for parties, and harmless with the result made by parties themselves, that is “win-win solution”. In ethical value of Islam in solving sharia economic dispute, firstly, by al-shulh (peace). Peace in islam is recommended because if there is peace among disputants, they will avoid from hostility. So what is the role of local governments to overcome conflicts that occur, and what solutions are given by local governments to overcome these problems. The method used is qualitative through a case study approach. Contextual investigation is an exploratory technique including a very close assessment of a particular case. In addition, data collection techniques are carried out by looking for primary data and theoretical references that are relevant to the problems found. The theoretical references and documents related to the topic obtained through library research are used as the basic foundation and main tool for research practice in the middle of the field in this research. This study was conducted to find out how the implementation of halal labels on food packaging (bread) in the city of Padang, and to find out how the review of Islamic law regarding the use of halal labels in the city of Padang. This type of research is a field research (field research), the nature of this research is descriptive-analytical. Collecting data using observation and interview methods. Then in processing the data, after collecting the data it will be examined, classified and analyzed the data. By drawing conclusions using a qualitative descriptive research approach. The results of the study show a review of Islamic law regarding the use of halal labels in the city of Padang are: a). Business actors in marketing their products use endorsement services. This phenomenon is what happened in Pontianak city; found male endorsers received endorsements such as the use of wigs, makeup, and women's clothing that women should use. This research uses an empirical method that is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The primary data source in this study is a Celebrity Endorser Instagram (Celebgram) in Pontianak city. At the same time, secondary data are obtained from related books and documents. The deeds done by the endorser are deeds that simulate women and in Islam are called tasyabbuh. Tasyabbuh is clearly forbidden in Islam. Tasyabbuh did by a man to a woman concerning the endorsement activity, and if it connected to the fiqh law rules is returned to the endorser intension. All acts committed by a person are penalized according to what he intends, including those done by the endorser.
