The above disruptive technologies significantly disrupt the role of a company secretary. A day is not far when Artificial Intelligence is also sitting in the boardroom along with other human Directors. New technology will increasingly change the way the companies work and also the work as a company secretary and governance professional. Technological innovation leads to new corporate governance challenges in terms of ethics, fairness and transparency. One group of such reliability measures is that of internal consistency of a scale. Cronbach Alpha and KuderRichardson formula 20 are measures of internal consistencies. In many texts, authorities specify that Kuder-Richardson formula 20 should be applied when test items are dichotomously scored while Cronbach Alpha should be applied when test items are not scored dichotomously. These guide lines are religiously adhered to by both researchers and measurement practitioners. Both reliability estimates are recognized as valid measures of internal constituency. In research, an informed choice has to be made about which one to apply, particularly, when only one of them has to be applied. These guidelines are seen as conditions that validate the use of each of them. These specifications are erroneously interpreted. A score is a score whether dichotomous or not. This paper examined both the theoretical and empirical equivalence of these two estimates, for tests of the same length and for varying test lengths. To demonstrate the empirical equivalence of Cronbach Alpha and KR-20, 65 biology achievement tests of the same length (40 items), were administered on 65 samples of senior secondary two students, consisting of 60 students selected from 36 public secondary schools, in Calabar Education zone of Cross River State, Nigeria. Both the Cronbach Alpha and KR-20 were estimated for each test and for the 65 samples. Another test of 100 items adapted from the 2018 and 2019 WAEC-SSCE English Language objective test, was administered on a sample of 300 students. Both reliability measures were estimated for varied lengths of the test, by randomly removing five(5)items at a time. This resulted in 19 sub-tests. The resulting reliability coefficients were compared using the related sample t-test while repeated measures ANOVA was used to compare the reliability coefficients under the influence test length, measured in terms of number of items. The results showed that there is significant difference between Cronbach Alpha and KR-20(t=4.022, p=.000). The correlation between KR-20 and Cronbach alpha is positive and highly significant(r=.944& .999, p=.000). Test length has significant influence on the difference between KR-20 and Cronbach alpha reliability estimates (F=1372.074, p=.000). Based on our application for the mini-electric vehicles (MEVs) or lowspeed electric vehicles (LSEVs) and e-rickshaw with the storage batteries voltage of only 48V. The auxiliary PV solar array lower than 500W-40Vis recommended for use in this study. In this case, the voltage of solar PV is lower than the battery voltage. This means the PV cannot charge to the battery system directly. A boost voltage circuit charger higher than 48V is needed including a maximum power point tracking algorithm. To achieve the fastcharging option we provide three main methods of DC-DC boost topology, MPPT P&O control algorithms, and constant current-constant voltage (CC-CV) controller. Also included is a charging data read-record graphic of the MPPT charging stage, constant voltage charging stage, and float charging stage (MPPT-CV-Float-Charging Stage). The data is used to express and analyze on battery charger’s characteristics. Moreover, the magnetic circuit is a very important key design technique for storing and transferring energy in a power converter. When individual victims browse the targeted website, the phishers seize their personal information. Phishing affects assorted fields, such as online business, banking and digital marketing, ecommerce which results in various financial losses and theft of personal and important information. The main purpose of this paper is to present a framework to detect phishing websites using various Machine Learning Algorithms and to focus on several Phishing Attacks along with its Classification Techniques. This detection is done using Uniform Resource Locator (URL). There are many characteristics to distinguish URLs from regular website links, the difference between real and phished website is not visible to the human eye. This paper uses various Machine Learning models and compares their accuracy to profile which model gives best possible analysis. In this work, water samples collected from Yawa Mubi South Adamawa State were analyzed for physicochemical parameters. After sample collection and extraction, some heavy metal concentrations (Cadmium, Zinc, Iron, Copper) were determined using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) in the water samples and their levels compared with WHO/FAO maximum levels. Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrophotometer was used to determine the levels of pesticide residues in the water samples. The temperature of water samples was between 24.0 (Kofan Jauro well 25.0 0 c) and (Yawa community borehole). All water samples were alkaline with pH ranging from 5.07 (Yawabetenga borehole) to 5.46 (Yawa primary well). Yawa primary well showed the highest turbidity (155.3 ± 1.53 NTU), the least turbidity was (1.33 ± 1.55 NTU) observed in Yawa community borehole. The maximum level of TDS was131 ± 1mg/l which was detected in KofanJauro well. The least concentration (12.0 ± 1.01mg/l) of TDS was detected in Yawa primary well which also showed the highest electrical conductivity (226 ± 1A). Yawabetenga borehole showed the least EC (135 ± 1A). Cadmium values ranges from 2.79-3.59 mg/L, cadmium was not detected in KJW and YBB. All the values analyzed for cadmium were found to be above the allowable limit set by EPA, 2018. All the values analyzed for Zn are extremely above the standard set by EPA, 2018. The highest concentration of aldrin was detected in Yawa borehole and the lowest concentration was detected in KofanJauro well. The maximum concentration of pesticide Endosulfan (4.46266 mg/L,) was detected in Yawa Primary well. The least of all detected pesticides is methoxychlor (0.001852 mg/L) in Yawa borehole near River. Heptachlor however was not detected completely in water sample from Yawa borehole near river, Yawa Betenga Borehole and Yawa borehole. P, p’ – DDE was not detected in Yawa borehole near river. The country has undergone significant economic shocks over the years; the 11years of civil war, the Ebola Virus Disease, and the Corona Virus Disease. The decrease in the price of iron ore in the world market, the county's primary export, back pedalled all the country's economic gains. Though a transition or Least Developed Country (LDC), Sierra Leone has a lot of mineral wealth (as it is also famous for its blood diamonds), vast acres of arable land for agriculture, fisheries, and marine resources tourism potential. However, in the face of all these natural resources, the social and economic lives of the people have not improved (is it a resource curse?). Obviously, over the years, it seems not all the macroeconomic policies have been able to heal the economic infirmities of the country. For example, currently, the government has one of the highest inflation rates (increased food, housing, and transport inflation worse than even the period of the civil war and Ebola in the country). The motivation of this work is to examine why the critical drivers for economic growth have not been able to transform the nation's economy and identify a framework for financial growth facilitation through valueadded chains. However, to achieve this, the paper employs the Growth Identification and Facilitation Framework (GIFF) from a New Structural Economic perspective. The study used a descriptive statistics method to evaluate the impact of these economic drivers on the economy of Sierra Leone. Data for the analysis were from secondary sources. Significant findings of this study include but are not limited to the lack of adequate knowledge of the staff of the National Revenue Authority about the extractive industry and the lack of coordination between the National Minerals Agency (NMA) and the National Revenue Authority (NRA) on revenue mobilization in the extractive sector of the country. The current paper attempts to study two-phase flow characteristics in the horizontal concentric annulus using the CFD approach. The model was simulated in a concentric annulus test section with an overall length of 10.8m and outer diameter (OD) of 0.0768m and inner diameter (ID) of 0.060m. The model predicted the liquid holdup, and flow regime for the dispersed bubble flow. The research was carried out in the 2019 agricultural season in the Sahel alRouj region in northern Syria. Tubers were treated with licorice solution at four concentrations (0, 5, 10, and 20 g/l) and during four periods (0, 1, 2, 3 hours). The results showed that all treatments with licorice were superior to the control, the highest concentration (20 g/L) was superior to the other concentrations, and the longest soaking period (3 hours) was superior to the other soaking periods, in all the studied traits. Generally, soaking the tubers of the Panela variety with yeast solution at the concentration of 20 g/L and the period of 3 hours achieved the largest number of sprouts per tuber (2 sprouts), the major number of basal sprouts (1.38 sprouts), the highest weight of one sprout (7.50 g), the highest weight of sprouts per tuber (15 g). And the highest weight of sprouts per sample (60 g). While soaking of Spunta variety tubers with the licorice solution at 20 g/L and the period of 3 hours gave the fastest break of the dormancy phase (26 days), and the highest daily growth rate (0.25 cm/day). Unfortunately, building design and methods in developing nations are not sufficient to achieve reduced no energy consumption. Therefore, this study aimed to assess strategies for energy-efficient buildings in the institution. To know the different design strategies available to build and maintain an energy-efficient building in an institution; literature analysis, structured questionnaire, observation and simulation analysis was performed using Insight 360 software to analyse the building within the Bells University of Technology, Ota. The questionnaire showed that different energy efficiency indicators and strategies analysed from the literature were adequately utilized (41.14%) in the institution. Also, built professionals (students and staff in construction, architecture and designing section) have a background to moderate knowledge of energy efficiency. The simulation result showed a reduction in energy consumption of the building in response to building orientation, window shade, wall-towall ratio, wall construction and roof construction. This shows a great ability to reduce energy consumption and improve human health and well-being. The study concludes and recommends that one of the factors to put into consideration when designing is the nature of the building envelope because it determines the energy required to heat and cool.
