This excessive use of electricity has also contributed to bill accounts for electricity from PLN which each month up to hundreds of millions of dollars. To that end, this research was undertaken that aim to be able to device that most optimal configuration in the use of solar panels and could compare the PLTS system between On-Grid and PLN in the aspect of cost and CO2 emissions.In knowing the potential of alternative energy sources, namely solar power connected to the PLN as the optimal power plant is carried out by means of conducting research in the form of knowing the intensity of the solar radiation data, data in the form  of electric power load is active for 24 hours, and data rates time of outside peak load and time of peak load from PLN for State Finance Building Of Yogyakarta. Later, she did the simulation using software to help homer modeling from use of the most optimal solar panel. In the research results obtained that the potential PLTS system that are connected with the grid PLN unfit to be carried out because the cost of the initial investment to expenses during the period of operation of the system including the high value of the NPC of $970,742. An energy audit is an activity carried out periodically to determine the amount of energy consumption, irregularities in the system, and load imbalances that cause power losses in a building. These parameters can be obtained by measuring on the SDP panel using a power quality analyzer with IEEE 59-1992 as a obtained reference to the results of the average voltage fluctuations are still within the safe limits determined by PLN items, i.e., from 198 to 231 volts. THDv is still within the safe limit under 5%, as well as for the THDi is also still within the safe limit of tolerance of 15%. Based on the calculation and analysis that the reliability index is obtained there are some feeder Rayon Panam categorized as not reliable because it has a high SAIFI value not in accordance with the target SPLN No. 68-2 1986 and IEEE std 1366-2003. An analysis of the difference between the use of LED lights with HPS lamps at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. reference is used to recommend the use of appropriate (technical) lighting equipment for industrial areas and to obtain better cumulative costs and energy savings for the company in the future. In this study using the lamp replacement method with the same lumen level comparison. The goal is that later the level of lighting produced is the same for each lamp. From the results of this study it was found that the technical use of 70W, 150W, 250W and 400W HPS lamps has an efficacy level of 84 to 123 lm / W. Mostly, cervical cancer has been already known lately, because it is very dificult to detect this in early stage. In this work, a computer based software using Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) has been designed as the early cervical cancer detection aid tool. There are six methods before the detection is performed, namely preprocessing, contrast stretching, median filtering, morphology operation, image segmentation, and Wavelet Transform based feature extraction. In tihis work, 73 cervical cell images that consist of 50 normal images and 23 cancer images are used. 35 normal images and 14 cancer images are used to train the LVQ. Then, 23 normal images and 9 cancer images are used in the testing process. The systems are quite expensive, so that excellent, reliable, and economic protection is needed to avoid internal and external faults.  The faults can trigger damage to components, especially on the main transformers in the Power Plant Geothermal Unit 4 of the Kamojang area managed by PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy. Disturbances that occur in the main transformers of various types so that the primary protection needed in the transformer is a differential relay to protect to avoid interference that occurs. This study discusses the comparison of theoretical differential relay calculation calculations with actual differential relay setting data in the Kamojang Unit 4 Geothermal Power Plant and simulates with ETAP 12.6 software. The problem that occurs in the main transformer of the Geothermal Power Unit Unit 4 Kamojang area is the difference in the slope 1 of the actual setting data with a mathematical calculation that is the actual setting data of 40% and the numerical calculation data worth 8.5%. Please note that the minimum slope one limit is 5%. This energy waste can cause the use of electricity in buildings that are not efficient. An electrical energy audit is carried out to produce actual data that is in accordance with existing building conditions. This study conducted on buildings F1, F3, F4, and G6 in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta to determine the value of the intensity of energy consumption used, whether it is following the Indonesian National Standards Agency. Measurement of electrical energy consumption using a tool that is the Power Factor Analyzer. The results of the calculation of the value of the intensity of electrical energy consumption showed that the buildings of F1, F3, F4, and G6 at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta obtained an average energy intensity value of 10.18 kWh/month. In this case, building standards are known to be between 7.92 - 12.08, which means that the building standards are categorized as efficient because they are under established standards. So that the quality of the resistance in the isolation of the transformer is essential to note the condition, in order to find out the condition of the transformer isolation, several tests must be performed, namely the polarization index, delta tangent, and break down voltage. In this study, all three tests were carried out on Transformer 1 in the 150 kV Bantul substation. Polarization index testing itself is testing the leakage current on the transformer isolation by comparing the test results for 1 minute with the results of the 10-minute drive test. While delta tangent is testing capacitive leakage current in the isolation transformer, and break down voltage is a test of the ability of the breakdown voltage in transformer insulation oil. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the value of the transformer polarization index in 2016 and 2018, the average value between the windings has been in the rating of 1.25-2.0. As for the delta tangent test results in 2016 and 2018, the value between the capacitive parts is already in the rating of 0.18% -0.36%. For the breakdown voltage test results in 2016 and 2018, the average breakdown voltage value is 43.9 kV/mm - 65.5 kV/mm. From these data, it can be concluded that the transformer isolation conditions in 2016 and 2018 are in good condition, although there was a decline in the transformer isolation conditions in 2016. However, the National Electric Company has made repairs and maintenance of the isolation transformer. This is seen due to an increase in the quality of transformer insulation in 2018. In besides its main function as part of the sense of sight, in the world medically, the retina after an image can be used to detect a number diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy. To detect a number of diseases, Retinal digital images taken using a digital fundus camera are used. In detecting diabetic retinopathy, digital images are needed segmented retina. Nevertheless, automatic segmentation of digital images the retina is a complex work, given the presence of artifacts as well as noise on the retinal digital image, evenly illuminated, intensity low, low contrast, and varying lengths of retinal blood vessels. In this research, a blood vessel segmentation software system has been designed through three stages image processing, namely (i) preprocessing, (ii) improving image quality, (iii) and segmentation of retinal blood vessels. This research was conducted by comparing the LTE network with indoor or indoor WiFi networks, measuring these two networks using the Network Analyzer and Wifi Analyzer application to obtain information on signal quality data based on KPI and TIPHON standardization, which shows RSRP, RSRQ, and Throughput values through measurement using the Network Analyzer and Wifi Analyzer application. From the results of research that has been done shows that the G5 building has a WiFi internet network that is superior to the LTE internet network. The overall condition of the Wifi network is in very good condition and is stable for each floor. While the LTE network even though it has increased conditions on the second floor but overall is in a bad condition to normal. The LTE network has an RSRP value with an average of -143 dBm, while a WiFi network with an average of -90 dBm. Then the LTE network has an RSRQ value with an average of -13 dBm, while the Wifi network with an average of -15 dBm. For LTE network throughput it has an average max. ping by 50.9 ms and min. ping is 864.5 ms, while WiFi networks have max average. ping by 24.3 ms and min. ping of 144.5 ms.
