This condition does not only affect communication between people but also acts as barrier for gaining knowledge and being educated. Considering the problem, and after researching solutions, a project model is developed that helps people with physical challenges, specifically for blind and deaf people to communicate with people around them easily. The proposed model consists of a speech or text to Braille which is programmed, stacked in Raspberry Pi Zero and connected to a web server with the help of NODEMCU 12E which has an inbuild Wi-Fi module. To communicate in bi-directional, the image input of Braille or physical input through push buttons by the blind and deaf people is also installed where all these speech to Braille, image processing, Braille to text and voice conversion processes are carried out by the programs loaded in Raspberry Pi Zero. In our research article, we propose a new Interval-valued possibility intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (IVPIFSS) based approach to the decision makers. The reduction algorithms are suggested for the future approaches are on choice basis and score values. Skin cancer diagnosis via image analysis is still challenging in the medical world. These problems become dangerous when they reach a malignant state. Since it is challenging and more expensive to diagnose skin cancer manually, automated computer-aided diagnostics procedures must be developed to support healthcare workers in timely identification of skin cancer. This research is to enhance the early identification, treatment, and prevention of skin cancer to save lives and reduce the burden on healthcare systems. We have proposed a skin cancer segmentation model using the deep learning algorithm called Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) with three popular backbone architectures ResNet34, DenseNet121, and MobileNet-v2 for segmentation and classification model using DenseNet121 for classification, on the HAM10000 dataset which includes the images of skin lesions. The FPN method is a deep learning strategy that integrates the advantages of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and multi-scale feature representation which is used to perform semantic segmentation of skin cancer. Classification using the DenseNet121 model is an effective method for solving classification issues in computer vision. Segmentation results are evaluated using IOU score and loss values. The COVID-19 pandemic has also accelerated the use of online auctions, as more buyers and sellers turn to digital platforms. But online auction systems have the vulnerability of fraudulent transactions. Hence, by incorporating blockchain technology with the exiting online auction system, a new electronic auction system can be developed to enhance the security in bidding operations. As certain blockchains employ smart contracts it is possible to automate the validity of all bidding actions. By leveraging a decentralized approach, all auction-related data and transactions are recorded on a blockchain that ensures immutability, transparency, and accountability. MetaMask also provides an additional layer of security, allowing participants to verify transactions before recording the data in blockchain. As security has become a critical aspect of electronic auctions the use of blockchain and smart contracts would be appropriate. Together with power consumption, a comparator's design must consider several performance metrics, including input-referred offset voltage, delay, voltage gain, supply voltage, kickback noise and common-mode voltage level. A combination of low power with less delay in dynamic comparators is demanded for efficient analog to digital converters. This work focuses on contrasting and analyzing various research works that have been reported on power and delay optimization. Also, modified shared charge reset technique where we have sustained preamplifier gain until comparison phase. There are different types of Luo converters. Voltage lift Luo converters produce output voltage using arithmetic progression. The storage battery is utilized for the standalone PV system. In this study, PID controller is used with a Luo converter for closed loop control operation to attain a more effective output. The solar panel output which is DC is first fed into the Luo converter. The Luo converter steps up or steps down the input voltage as needed to match the battery to get charged and the output voltage is again fed to the PID controller for control. The software MATLAB/SIMULINK is used for the circuit simulation and hardware is implemented for the same. The circuit of Luo converter with PV without PID is also simulated and hardware is implemented. It is inferred that the Luo converter with PID converter for PV application performs better than that of without PID. To address this problem, the proposed system introduces an integrated course and job recommendation system that utilizes machine learning techniques like Naïve Bayes and Collaborative filtering algorithms to suggest relevant courses and job opportunities based on the student’s interests, skills, and career goals.Our system uses a hybrid approach that combines naïve bayes and collaborative filtering techniques to make personalized recommendations. The system consists of two main components: course recommendation and job recommendation. The course recommendation component suggests relevant courses to the student based on their profile and interests. The job recommendation component suggests suitable job opportunities to the student based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations. The proposed course and job recommendation system has the potential to assist students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. A petroleum resource which is associated with crude oil, burning it results in less emission of carbon which promotes a sustainable environment. In order to be extremely safe, go eco green, reduce dependency on nations for fuel resources it is even more tactical to forecast the prices of natural gases in the international market for a time frame. The present models shine either on statistical or deep learning models making it a. Thus, an ARIMA model is developed initially by using the updated dataset(Nasdaq) for the forecast to predict the closing price of the day. The autoregression predicts the upcoming values(closing price) based on then values. Moving Averages play a crucial role in smoothing the time series data. Secondly, the LSTM model is constructed with the same data frame. LSTM uses recurrent neural networks (RNN). The ideology behind the model is that at times being conscious of recent information to perform the present task. Bidirectional LSTM is also constructed. The Neural Prophet which is built on the top of pytorch is also experimented by means of forecasting. Neural prophet is extensively used by developers for the extension of the framework. The treatment of cancer can be Successful if the condition is spotted at the earlier stage and found to be tiny and has not spread. Smokers and ex-smokers who are in the symptom-free stage are encouraged to get screened for lung cancer. X-rays are used to make cross-sectional images of the chest so as to do diagnosis of lung cancer. Symptoms to diagnose the disease are often non-existent and error prone in the early stages, making prediction is extremely challenging. Several computer-aided diagnostic methodologies and systems have been proposed, developed, and produced to detect the size and location and these methods leverage computer technology in various ways. The challenging characteristics of the lung cancer include high variability nodule classification and low decision making. In this paper machine learning based Multistage Categorization of Standard Segmentation (ML-MCSS) model has been proposed to assist clinicians deal with ambiguous pulmonary nodules found on the spot or through screening. Furthermore, the disease prediction accuracy of newly presented Logistic Segmentation Algorithms (LSA) is compared to that of the benchmark and data collected manually. One of the technologies which save time and provide additional comfort and security in a person’s day-to-day life is Smart Home Technology. A Smart Home is nothing but a home with intelligence that allows it to control devices and appliances through a semi-automated platform with the help of active internet connectivity. Though there are many products and providers of Smart Home tech, they lack in terms of reliability, scalability, and security. Smart Home technology relies majorly on a strong wireless communication system rather than a wired system such that the primary controller and the devices/appliances can communicate with each other while the system still remains clean and not clumsy for the outside world. The majority of the existing products adopted generic wireless protocols like BLE and Zigbee, but very few made use of Z-Wave which is a specific protocol made for Smart Home and it is application specific.
