The Treaty is a legal instrument that highlights the humanitarian aspect of nuclear disarmament and provides an alternative to the disarmament approach of the NonProliferation Treaty (NPT). Because this Treaty sought to eliminate nuclear weapons, nuclear-weapon states (NWS) and states whose security is based on nuclear deterrence, criticized it for weakening the NPT. However, particular states and supranational nongovernmental organizations, such as the International Campaign for the Elimination of Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) opposed nuclear proliferation by carrying out an active, vigorous campaign to ban nuclear weapons and accomplish the goals of the TPNW. Here, two opposing sides emerged on this rather current issue. This study examines the potential of the European Union (EU) which has members from both sides and has policies towards non-proliferation and controlling nuclear weapons since its foundation, to lead and advance the movement of the ban of nuclear weapons, namely the TPNW process. Calismanin amaci, sosyal medya kullanicisi olmayanlarin gozuyle sosyal medyayi farkli bir acidan degerlendirmek ve sosyal medyasiz yasam deneyiminin gunumuzdeki durumunu anlamaya calismaktir. Sosyal medya kullaniminin insan hayatinin merkezine yerlesmis olmasinin birey ve toplum uzerindeki etkileri daha cok kullanicilar uzerinden pek cok bilimsel arastirmaya konu olmaktadir. Bu calisma disarida kalmayi tercih edenler uzerinden gerceklestirildigi icin cogunlugu olusturan diger calismalardan ayrilmaktadir. Calisma nitel arastirma yonteminin veri toplama tekniklerinden birisi olan derinlemesine gorusme yoluyla gerceklestirilmis ve elde edilen veriler tematik ve betimsel analiz yoluyla cozumlenmistir. Calismaya dâhil edilen katilimcilar; egitimli ve sosyoekonomik acidan sosyal medya kullanabilme olanaklarina sahip olmasina ragmen hic kullanmamis ya da daha once kullanmis ama daha sonra tamamen terk etmis kisilerdir. Toplam 9 katilimciyla yapilan gorusme sonucunda katilimcilarin; sosyal medyaya iliskin algilari, sosyal medya kullanicilariyla ilgili gozlemleri, kendilerini konumlandirdiklari yer ve davranis boyutuna ulasacak duzeyde icsellestirdikleri uzakta durma gerekceleri ile ilgili elde edilen veriler kodlanarak temalara ayrilmis ve gruplandirilmistir. The risks associated with the unique economic, social and politic structure of each period also lead to changes in the understanding of social protection. International discourses and practices that outline the framework of international social protection take shape under the influence of thoughts considering the conditions of the period. In this sense, it is possible to assert that social protection approach of United Nations, as a strong and effective social protection actor in the international platform, has changed. It is not possible to consider the creation and development of United Nations’ social protection policies without regarding a theoretical and philosophical ground. To this end, after making a general evaluation of the United Nations’ social protection ideology, this study discusses the social protection emphasis in United Nations documents as well as their development paths and changes happened in time. The fact that both schools of thought react to the problems concerning the Islamic world and Muslim society with theo-political sensitivity, causes these two schools to be included in the same category under the definition of \"political Islam\" from time to time. The main objective of this article is to try to demonstrate that both schools are in complete opposition on many issues through the criticisms of the jihadi salafi ideologues like Omar Abdurrahman, Ayman al-Zavahiri, Abu Muhammed al-Makdîsî, Abu Musab al-Surî and Abu Yahya al-Libi against mainstream Islamists by examining the primary texts of religious radicalism.
