Accostando le analisi di Derrida sulla capacita creativa delle figure teriomorfe nel pensiero politico alla storia delle immagini, cosi come e pensata da Saxl, il testo si propone di seguire la storia di alcune immagini di lupo e dei significati che tali immagini assumono. Dai lupi selvatici del conflitto permanente, ai lupi dell’interpretazione di Schmitt che vengono mutati in cittadini dello Stato ma anche sottoposti al dominio del lupo-tiranno, ai lupi ribelli che tornano nei boschi, sottraendosi alle lusinghe di un potere diffuso ed oppressivo, si tendera a sottolineare la specifica ambiguita del tema lupesco. Queste figure di lupi, infatti, dispiegano da un lato una retorica seduttiva al servizio del potere ma dall’altro mettono in allarme, stimolando una vigile attenzione proprio nei confronti di tale seduzione.","PeriodicalId":40097,"journal":{"name":"Epekeina-International Journal of Ontology History and Critics","volume":"5 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-01-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75004023","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

E in questi due anni che, prima le universita e poi le fabbriche, videro il pieno dispiegarsi dell’ondata di contestazione giovanile che interessava il nostro paese. Di fronte, infatti, all’emergere di nuove richieste dalla societa e all’irrompere nella scena politica di diverse formazioni politiche che si richiamavano esplicitamente a modelli culturali alternativi, cambio anche il modo di comunicare. La voglia di sperimentare nuovi linguaggi, il melting pot culturale tra le diverse esperienze, l'affermarsi di movimenti culturali innovativi, non poteva non avere ripercussioni nel mondo della politica. Il presente contributo mira ad esplorare queste nuove forme di espressione, attraverso due quotidiani di quegli anni: il rigore stilistico de «Il Manifesto» contro l’irriverenza di «Lotta continua».","PeriodicalId":40097,"journal":{"name":"Epekeina-International Journal of Ontology History and Critics","volume":"12 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-01-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85925429","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, disorder is possible only starting from an original and invisible order that has to be brought to light, following the maieutic, or imposed by the philosopher king or by the law of the State. In this article I argue how two types of law emerge in the exchange that Plato carries out with Heraclitus: a law which is immanent to the elements themselves, but unstable and prone to destruction, and a transcendent law that functions as an orientation for divine and human actions. This transcendent law is configured, in turn, in two modalities: as a law of invisible harmony that must be followed, and as a positive law that must be imposed due to the instability of the elements which are unable to maintain a given form.","PeriodicalId":40097,"journal":{"name":"Epekeina-International Journal of Ontology History and Critics","volume":"124 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-02-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87901700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through poetic language and the pictorial gesture opens a scenario where the “living” shows in his being in the world. In this sense the existence of each singularity is “without project” and, therefore, also open to the space of poiesis . But this space of poiesis is played in its physicality and carnality. So, in the wake of the Baudelaire’s poems and Francis Bacon’s paintings, Nancy clarifies that the body, and then the singular existence, contributes to create an instant of life – the only chance , the only possibility, to rethink a community without traditional subjects. It is indeed the “improvisation” to break the fundamental and absolute patterns of Western civilization. And the highest form of “improvisation” is in love: «a rift in a logic of the universe».","PeriodicalId":40097,"journal":{"name":"Epekeina-International Journal of Ontology History and Critics","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-02-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75620999","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In particular, it critiques Kant for instrumentalizing individual human lives within a providential universal history, in spite of his intention to open up the possibility of an ends-oriented moral agency. This is done through examining the anthropological assumptions that underwrite his philosophy of history and that synthesize it with his critical thought, with the suggestion that some version of this anthropology has become a pervasive feature of how the west universally conceives human being in relation to practical and political life.","PeriodicalId":40097,"journal":{"name":"Epekeina-International Journal of Ontology History and Critics","volume":"61 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-01-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85544124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its aim is to examine how William of Ockham accounted for the identity conditions of prime matter. The problem we will examine runs like this: if matter can be found in everything which can come into being and pass away, hence in you and me, how can I account that my matter is not yours? This problem is quite independent of the question of the ontological status of matter, one of the main focuses of recent studies on prime matter in later medieval Aristotelianism. The medieval metaphysics of individuation has been the object of extensive studies. It is often highlighted that this metaphysics is centered on substances and accidents. The interest of the paper lies in the fact that it deals with another aspect of the metaphysics of individuation: how can we account for the individuation of stuff in medieval metaphysics? I will argue that Ockham switched from his well known view that individuality is intrinsic and irreducible to a version of the Leibnizian view that individuality reduces to uniqueness of properties, because Ockham’s standard theory of identity and distinction cannot account for the identity conditions of stuff.","PeriodicalId":40097,"journal":{"name":"Epekeina-International Journal of Ontology History and Critics","volume":"22 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-01-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89974225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
