Nitekim çalışma hayatının hızlı bir şekilde dijitalleştiği, geleneksel yerinde çalışmanın yerine tamamen uzaktan veya hibrit çalışma modellerinin getirilmesinin tartışıldığı bir dönemde, pandemi bu geçişi kimi işkolları için kolaylaştırmış ve hızlandırmıştır. Ancak her hızlı dönüşüm gibi bu geçiş de bazı sorunları beraberinde getirmiştir. Bunların başında da iş-yaşam dengesinin yeniden kurgulanması ihtiyacı gelmektedir. İş-yaşam dengesi geleneksel çalışma düzeninde bile tam olarak sağlanamamışken, iş yaşamıyla iş dışı yaşamın fiziki ve zamansal sınırlarının daha da bulanıklaştığı hibrit veya tamamen uzaktan çalışma düzeninde bu dengeyi sağlamak daha da güç bir hal almıştır. Üstelik pandeminin bir gün mutlaka tamamen sona ereceği kesinken, pandemi döneminde hızla yaygınlaşan “yeni normal” çalışma düzeninin pandemi öncesi döneme geri dönmesi düşük bir olasılıktır. Böylece mecliste siyasi partilerin ve grupların öneminin ve etkisinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Büyük Millet Meclisi’nin kuruluş aşamasında fırkacılıktan uzak durulacağı sözü verilmiştir ancak uygulamada bunun mümkün olmadığı görülmüştür. Mecliste çeşitli toplumsal kesimleri temsil eden farklı dünya görüşlerine sahip milletvekillerinin ayrı ayrı söz alması karar alma sürecinin uzamasına ve neredeyse durmasına neden olmuştur. Bu mesele siyasi gruplar kurularak aşılmaya çalışılmış mecliste çoğunluğu sağlayan Birinci Anadolu ve Rumeli Müdafaa-i Hukuk Grubu kurulmuştur. Birinci Grup mecliste karar alma süreçlerinde etkili olmuştur. Birinci Grup dışında kalan bazı muhalifler birleşerek İkinci Anadolu ve Rumeli Müdafaa-i Hukuk Grubu’nu kurmuşlardır. After 1945, Turkey abandoned the one-party system of government, switched to a multi-party-political system, and started to liberalize in the economic and political fields. In this process, adversaries occurred within the Republican People’s Party, the nation’s founding party, to reconstruct Turkey’s political system. Accordingly, the opponent groups formed new parties, first the Democratic Party and then the Nation Party. In this period, religion-state relations was reshaped in the light of new paradigms, and the strict secularism mentality adopted by the Republican regime was questioned. These shifts affected the discourses of political parties so that each party repositioned itself towards religion. This study aims to discuss the policies of the Nation Party, which has developed new and original discourses in the context of religion-state relations and secularism. It also reveals the points where it differs from the other two parties. The issue of the study is related to an early period of multi-party system in Turkey. Kuşkusuz ki güçlü ve nitelikli bir demokratik rejimin oluşturulmasında genel, eşit ve gizli oy prensipleri, özgür seçimler ve siyasi partilerin ya da adayların eşit şartlarda yarışabildiği sistemler elzemdir. Günümüz çağdaş demokrasileri, bahsi geçen ilkeleri uyguluyormuş gibi görünüp bazı durumlarda sistem içinde hilelere müsaade edebilmektedir. Demokrasinin niteliksizleşmesine neden olan bu uygulamalardan bir tanesi gerrymandering’tir. Gerrymandering, siyasal iktidarın ya da belirli bir zümrenin lehine olacak şekilde seçim çevresinde düzenleme yapılmasını ifade etmektedir. Gerrymandering yöntemiyle siyasal iktidarda bulunan parti kendi oylarını artırmak ya da rakip oyları düşürmek için seçim çevresiyle oynamaktadır. Türkiye’de örneklerine daha çok Demokrat Parti döneminde rastladığımız gerrymandering uygulamalarına, bu çalışma özelinde 6360 Sayılı Kanun da örnek olarak gösterilecektir. In this study, descriptive analysis method was used. In the study, the conceptual framework of energy poverty was drawn and the methods of measuring energy poverty and the causes of energy poverty were discussed. Using the findings consisting of statistical data, energy poverty in the world has been illustrated and policies that can provide a solution to this problem have been proposed. In the study, it has been observed that the energy need has increased all over the world, but there are serious inequalities in energy consumption on the basis of regions and countries. In addition, the lack of access to clean energy sources increases health problems along with poverty and leads to global pollution. It is necessary to urgently implement policy measures that take into account the specific situation of households and are shaped according to the dynamics of the countries themselves. Especially in situations such as climate change, where its effects are felt globally and each individual must comply with the recommended measures, the news broadcast is of importance. The news based on the right sources and edited by expert journalists will contribute to the development of responsibility in this vital issue that will determine the future of the world. While preparing the news on this subject, many different actors such as scientists, artists and campaigns created by governmental institutions or civil initiatives, as well as journalists, determine how the climate crisis is expressed in the daily discourses. \u0000Therefore, the discourse constructed by the news frames also shapes the perceptions of the masses about the climate crisis. The framing of climate crisis news in terms of problems, solutions and levels of responsibility is of great importance both for the determination of individual and social reactions and for the realization of social responsibility and action. In this context, this study aims at understanding the content and production style of climate crisis journalism in Turkey in terms of the messages conveyed. \u0000The research focuses on mass media, which widely broadcast for the general audience in Turkey, and the news on the climate crisis in the online news sites will be analyzed in the context of news framing theory.
