Secara umum gejala utama DCS tipe 1 (Pain Only Beds) adalah nyeri otot dan sendi. Masker tradisional Seme Babak terbuat dari bahan utama yaitu batang pohon mangga dan bahan penunjang beras, beras ketan putih dan biji nangka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mutu fisik (daya sebar, daya serap, daya lekat, ukuran partikel, homogenitas, kadar kelambaban) dan untuk mengetahui mutu kimia pada masker Seme Babak Khas Sumbawa dengan antioksidan dan pH. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi dan eksperimen laboratorium. Terdapat banyak sekali vitamin baik yang berasal dari alam maupun yang disintesis di laboratorium. Salah satunya adalah vitamin C, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menentukan kadar vitamin C (asam askorbat) dalam sampel jeruk buah, jeruk nipis dan vitacimin secara titrasi  iodimetri, Titrasi redoks adalah titrasi yang melibatkan proses oksidasi dan reduksi. Kedua proses ini selalu terjadi secara bersamaan. Dalam titrasi redoks biasanya menggunakan potensiometri untuk mendeteksi titik akhir. Untuk mengetahui kadar vitamin C metode titrasi redoks yang digunakan adalah titrasi langsung yang menggunakan iodium. Iodium akan mengoksidasi senyawa-senyawa yang mempunyai potensial reduksi yang lebih kecil dibanding iodium, Berdasarkan percobaan yang dilakukan pada uji vitamin c ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penentuan kadar vitamin C dengan titrasi iodometri dapat dilakukan dengan prinsip reduksi oksidasi. Kadar vitamin C diperoleh dengan titrasi iodometri metode pertama yang dilakukan dengan mengencerkan jeruk, jeruk nipis dan vitamin C sebesar 0,0006%, 0,0006287%, 0,000787%. This study aims to determine the antioxidant activity of the methanol extract and the n-hexane-ethyl acetate fraction of red bell pepper. Fresh red peppers were extracted by maceration method using technical methanol and then fractionated using n-hexane-diethyl ether as solvent, the resulting insoluble fraction was n-hexane-diethyl ether and then fractionated again using n-hexane-ethyl acetate as solvent. The n-hexane-ethyl acetate fraction was tested qualitatively against carotenoid compounds, namely -carotene by TLC test using silica gel F254 as stationary phase and methanol as mobile phase: acetone (1:1). Quantitative test of antioxidant activity was carried out using the DPPH radical scavenging method with the parameter IC50 value. The IC50 value was then analyzed using SPSS version 20. The qualitative test results showed that the methanol extract and the n-hexane-ethyl acetate fraction contained -carotene compounds. The antioxidant activity of methanol extract, n-hexane-ethyl acetate fraction, and standard -carotene had IC50 values ​​of 307.91, 281.69, and 81.26 g/mL, respectively. Based on statistical results, the IC50 value of the n-hexane-ethyl acetate fraction was significantly smaller when compared to the methanol extract of red bell pepper. However, it is larger than the standard -carotene. The n-hexane-ethyl acetate fraction had more potent antioxidant activity when compared to the methanol extract of red bell pepper. Dompu traditional masks (lo'i monca) are made from rice, tamarind shoots, bangle, curcuma, temugiring, and galangal. This study aims to determine the chemical quality offacial masks in  lo'i monca terms of pH, water content and antioxidants. This type of research is a type of laboratory experimental research. Based on the results of laboratory tests, the average pH value obtained by the face mask powder preparation lo'i monca is 7.08. In testing the water content, the average value of the powder mask preparation lo'i monca was 13.3%. The IC50 antioxidant activity test results for powder mask preparations lo'i monca were 14.47 ppm. Soursop leaves and fruit are believed to prevent and treat diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. Various scientific studies have proven the potential activity of soursop leaves and fruit to have antidiabetic, antioxidant, antiobesity, cytotoxic, anticancer, antihypertensive, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic, and hepatoprotective effects. Based on literature studies related to phytochemicals sourced from Scopus, Science direct, PubMed, ProQuest reports that at least 54 secondary metabolites have been isolated and identified. These compounds include a group of alkaloids, phenols, and acetogenins. Based on the results of this study, the results of the effect of the intensity of the intensity, temperature and humidity at work on systolic blood pressure can be seen the coefficient of determination of the R Square value of 0.166 which implies that the influence of the independent variables (noise, temperature and air) simultaneously on the variables (blood pressure) systolic) was 16.6% percent. While the remaining 80.4% is influenced by factors outside the variables of this study.
