The degree of disability increases with disease recurrence and has a significant impact on patients’ daily life and mental health, as well as on their quality of life. The focus of research on NMOSD in China has been on the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, but quality of life has not been widely emphasized, and there are few interventions for quality of life. In order to have a more comprehensive and objective understanding of the quality of life of NMOSD patients and the factors influencing it, the evaluation tools and related factors affecting the quality of life of NMOSD patients are reviewed with the aim of providing a basis for clinical research and clinical practice. It is suggested that evidence-based personalized nursing interventions can be carried out in future clinical work to further explore effective intervention methods that are suitable for our clinical reality and can improve the quality of life of NMOSD patients, and provide a basis for the construction of systematic intervention programs.","PeriodicalId":398696,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Psychiatry and Neurology","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116173411","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: Using Arabic numerals, Chinese numerals, lattice numerals and material objects, 26 children with dyscalculia and 25 normal children were tested with the task of comparing number order. Results: In the correct number, whether it is a symbolic stimulus (Arabic numerals: F = 11.568, p = 0.001, η 2 = 0.147; Chinese numerals: F = 7.498, p = 0.008, η 2 = 0.101) or non-symbolic stimulus (dot matrix: F = 6.985, p = 0.010, η 2 = 0.094; material object: F = 7.781, p = 0.007, η 2 = 0.104), children with dyscalculia were significantly lower than normal children. In terms of completion time, compared with normal children, children with dyscalculia is obvious difference in symbolic stimulation (Arabic numerals: F = 4.972, p = 0.029, η 2 = 0.069; Chinese numeral: F = 7.155, p = 0.009, η 2 = 0.096), but there is no significant difference in non-symbolic stimuli. In dys-calculia children, the completion time of the small number of symbolic stimuli was better than that of the large number, while the large number of non-symbolic stimuli was faster than that of the small number. For both symbolic and non-symbolic stimuli in normal children, the completion time of a small amount of stimulus is better than that of a large amount of stimulus. Conclusion: The type and quantity of stimulus materials not only affect the number order judgment of children with dyscalculia, but also have a negative effect on the number distance effect.","PeriodicalId":398696,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Psychiatry and Neurology","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133386676","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The pathogenesis of NP is complex and there is no effective treatment at present. Its onset can produce continuous burning pain and affect the normal life of patients seriously. NP imposes a heavy burden on individuals and society. The endocannabinoid system (ECS) has been proven to be a part of the endogenous anti-injury system and contains several promising NP therapeutic targets: current studies have demonstrated that activating peripheral CB1 receptor pathway, targeting activating CB2 receptors, inhibiting endocannabinoid degrading enzymes and regulating transient receptor potential channels (TRP) are potentially effective strategies for alleviating NP symptoms. In this paper, in order to provide theoretical support for the treatment of NP and the development of ECS-related drugs, the role and molecular mechanism of ECS in pain management and related NP therapeutic targets were reviewed from the above four aspects.","PeriodicalId":398696,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Psychiatry and Neurology","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114552773","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As with other neurodegenerative diseases, AD lacks any effective treatment. Although there has been a lot of research on AD in recent years, it is a pity that so far no drug has been developed that can completely treat AD. AD is one of the most important diseases that cause death in the elderly today. Therefore, it is particularly important to diagnose and intervene in the early stage of AD, and to detect and intervene as early as possible. Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is the first clinical manifestation in the AD continuum, and it is also the preclinical stage of AD, mainly manifested by individuals who feel a continuous decline in their cognitive function, while the cognitive evaluation shows normal. Studies have found that SCD is associated with AD biomarkers: structural and functional changes on magnetic resonance and positron emission tomography images, resulting in an increased risk of mild cognitive impairment and dementia in individuals with SCD. An association between higher education and intellectual activity levels and better cognitive performance later in life was found. Therefore, in the early stage, diagnostic identification of SCD can reduce the risk of developing AD. Using “Subjective cognitive decline” as the keyword, searching for the database, judging by the diagnostic predictors of SCD, preventing or reducing these diagnostic predictors through drug intervention and non-drug intervention of SCD can effectively reduce the occurrence of SCD to a certain extent, and then reduce the likelihood of developing AD. It is also found that there is still a controversy in both the prediction of the detection and the intervention, and more research is needed to confirm the correct statement. In conclusion, performing the detection and intervention of SCD early on has the potential to reduce the occurrence of AD.","PeriodicalId":398696,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Psychiatry and Neurology","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128356318","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
