A PCNN improved with Fisher criterion image method is proposed for these problems. The fisher criterion-based segmentation method achieve good segmentation in low image contrast. PCNN segmentation method is suitable for image with gray overlap between object and background. Combined these two method solves these two problems. Setting up dynamic threshold weight factor solves under-segmentation and over-segmentation problem of human body infrared image. When remaining the minimum hop of two nodes unchanged, a complex and redundant network, reconstructed by using hop information, can be simplified into a simple one without any redundancy. In the basis to remain the minimum hop unchanged, it can be inferred into two simple criteria to reduce the algorithm complexity, without computing every minimum hop of node pairs. It can also be proofed the two criteria is a necessary and sufficient condition. After finding out the whole node pairs that can be merged, we come up with a strategy called MAX to tell which pair to select. An original image is first decomposed into geometry and texture using nonlinear filter decomposition model. Then, the geometry and texture image are compressed with edge-based inpainting and the standard JPEG respectively. At the decoder side, the decoded texture image adds to geometry image which is decoded using structure propagation and texture synthesis. In this scheme, we study different decomposition models and choose the best decomposition model to get pure texture image. Moreover, robustness of texture image is fully taken advantage. Based on that, more regions can be dropped at the encoder side without sacrificing the image quality. It is a big challenge to detect 3-D object in images without knowing its pose because under this condition, the appropriate 2-D template cannot be obtained. In this paper, we propose a 3-D object detection method based on line sets matching. The algorithm uses line segments to represent the 3-D model, and applies projection transform to get several 2-D model sets. Then, it extracts line segments from the image by LSD. Hence, the 3-D object detection task is converted to line sets matching problem. Finally, the algorithm uses ISPD as similarity measurement and finds the best matching between data set and model sets by a restricted steepest-descent local matching method. The Local detection unit is designed, which can implement continuum automatism multi-points measuring. A dedicated energy measurement chip is used to collect voltage, current, power, which access to mobile network by SIM card. The most of the data processing work is done by a dedicated IC, reducing the burden on the microcontroller, simplifying the circuit design to improve the system stability and accuracy. By resolving the community structure, we can find out the subfields in the network. Many methods have been proposed to detect the communities in networks. However, they are not suitable to use directly in citation networks because they can be misled by some special papers and they do not take full advantage of the information contained in citation networks. To solve the problems, we propose a citation similarity based community detection method to detect the communities in citation networks. By transforming citation network to paper similarity network, we can use more information to resolve the community structure in citation networks and identify communities more precisely. Successful detection of nose tip can facilitate many 3D facial studies tasks. In this paper, we propose a novel method to detect nose tip robustly. The method is robust to noise, need not training, can handle large rotations and occlusions. We first remove small isolated connected regions and noise from the input range image, then establish scale-space by robust smoothing the preprocessed range image. In each scale of the scale-space, we compute multi-angle energy of each point, then we use hierarchical clustering method to cluster the points whose multi-angle energies are larger than a threshold value. In the largest cluster, we can find one point with the largest multi-angle energy. For all scales of the scale-space, we get a series of such points and apply hierarchical clustering again for these points, nose tip will have the largest multi-angle energy in the largest cluster. We evaluate our method in FRGC v2.0 3D face database and BOSPHORUS 3D face database. High precision and stability are demanded in many fields, and subtle errors may cause completely different judgment. With conventional three interpolation approaches: nearest, bilinear and bicubic, they cannot reach accuracy requirement. Using Hermite method appears to be accurate in most cases, but it's accuracy is extremely low in a small range. In this paper, we propose a novel image rotation method. This method takes out an n × n block around the point which is the nearest integer point around the unknown point and performs 2-dimensions DCT transformation in the block to obtain the frequency domain information, then interpolate the unknown pixel by performing its 2-dimensions IDCT in the n × n block. Visible light communication (VLC) is activated by the opening of LED. STM32 can process Doppler signals and judge the necessity of communication according to the time of day or night to guarantee the intelligent switch of LED and green communication.
