Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan menggunakan Ordinal.Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang, dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner, studi kepustakaan, dan beberapa observasi langsung sesuai tujuan penelitian. Metode analisisnya menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji t. Jumlah sampel sebesar 70 Aparatur Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Babat Supat Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 58 karyawanMetode penelitian menggunakan analisa kuantitatif dan kualitatif, metode analisa kualitatifmenggunakan uji validitas, menggunakan uji analisa regresi sederhana, uji analisa korelasi.Jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 58 responden.Variabel bebas penelitian ini yaitudisiplin kerja dan variabel terikatnya yaitu kinerja karyawan.Hasil uji statistik untukpengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan didapat nilai thitung (3,833) > ttabel(1,684),yang artinya tedapat pengaruh positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja karyawan.Angkakonstanta yang didapat yaitu sebesar 11,553 yang berarti jika tidak ada disiplin kerja, makanilai konstanta 11,553. Reveal and analyze the empiricalfacts, in order to know how communication is done and work motivation performanceagainst the state civil apparatus. This study uses a quantitative analytical researchdesign. The study population was the entire apparatus of state civil Banyuasin DistrictDepartment of Transportation. The study authors use a sampling technique that thecensus technique, in which the entire study population sampled, so the number of samplesin this study were 50 civilian state apparatus. Based on the analysis based on the resultsof analysis on the obtained value of regression testing F-hitung 30.981 (30.981 F count>F-table 3.20), the level of significance together independent variables to the dependentvariable, namely 0,000 (sig F = 0.000 <α 0.05). This result proves the communicationand motivation to work together have real influence / significantly to the performance ofcivil state apparatus 56.9% against the performance of employees in providing services,and the remaining 43.1% of the state civil apparatus performance is influenced by otherfactors. One of services that always complained is about queue problem. Queue system that isn’t optimal will give society’s dissatisfaction. Among bureaucracy systems that need to get concern is queue at PolsekPamulang-Kota Tangerang Selatan especially at SKCK service. So that, it is needed to be done a research to analyze and testing queue system modeling which has been applied by PolsekPamulang for SKCK service, analyze the effectiveness of the queue system performance of PolsekPamulang, and to determine the optimal number of services (counters)that should be used by PolsekPamulang. Method of research was done by queue theory approach. The research findings showed that queue of SKCK services at PolsekPamulang based on steady state calculation wasn’t effective.Because the steady state value still far from one number. The total of counter (a unit only) for SKCK service is still optimal, because of waiting time (queue) is still low. This research is a study of causality. The population of this study is consumers in the District of Bayung Lencir, especially those who use smartphones. The total sample of 100 people was determined using the Malhotra formula. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using the questionnaire method and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. Partially research result showed that motivation has no significantly effect towards employees job performance but in contrast job satisfaction has a partially significanteffect Towards empolyees job performance of Badan Pusat Statistik Ogan Ilir regency with f obtained value is 10.295 andR square value is 0.433 (43.3%) with multiple regression equation:Y=6.619 + 0,256X1 + 0,3X2 + e. While dominant variable which is influence Badan Pusat Statistik employees' job performance in Ogan Ilir regency is job satisfaction variable by significant valUe (p=0.05 and b=0.3).
