The aim of this study is to investigate the feasibility and the effect of Robot-assisted gait training (RAGT) frequency on gait functions in children with diplegic cerebral palsy (CP). We hypothesized that RAGT with the increased frequency (4 times a week) will result in greater improvements than RAGT with the common frequency (2 times a week).\u0000Material and methods. Fourteen participants with diplegic CP were assigned to two groups that received only RAGT at different frequencies. The treatment group (TG) received 24 sessions while the control group (CG) received only 12 sessions over 6 weeks. Gross motor function measure (GMFM) D, GMFM E, walking distance (6 minute-walk test), speed (10 meter-walk test), balance (Pediatric balance scale), and the quality of gait (Edinburgh visual gait score) were assessed. Data was collected twice, before and after RAGT intervention period. Also, the feasibility was assessed by the safety and the rates of recruitment, compliance, and adherence.\u0000Result. There was significant improvement in GMFM D, GMFM E, walking distance, balance, and the quality of gait in both groups (p < 0.05). Walking speed has been significantly improved only in TG. The difference in the quality of gait is greater in TG (p < 0.01) compared to CG (p < 0.05). The recruitment rate was 70%. 100% of recruited participants complied with and adhered to the intervention. No adverse events were reported.\u0000Conclusion. RAGT with the increased frequency could induce greater improvement in gait functions than RAGT with the common frequency in children with diplegic CP.

Sound therapy (music therapy) is used, among others, in psychiatry, cardiology, obstetrics, gynecology, intensive care, surgery, palliative care, rehabilitation, geriatrics, oncology, dentistry and neurology. In healthy people, music (both played and listened to) has a relaxing effect and eliminates nervous tension and reduces stress. Scientific research confirms the beneficial effects of music\u0000in hospital and sanatorium treatment. The advantage of this method is the low cost of therapy\u0000and universal availability. Meetings can be held in a group or individually. When selecting music, special attention should be paid to the patient's mental condition as well as his personality and musical preferences. The tempo of the music is also very important,\u0000as well as active or passive participation in classes using sounds.

Obesity is a metabolic disease characterised by excessive fat accumulation. Indonesia ranks second after Singapore with the largest number of obese adolescents. The study aimed to assess the impact of physical activity, eating behavior, and sleep quality on Body Mass Index (BMI) in adolescents.\u0000Materials and Methods. This study was quantitative, with an ex post facto design. The study included 231 students (136 males, 95 females) aged 16-19 years, each with a Body Mass Index (BMI) ≥ 25.1. Participants were healthy and consented to the study by completing a screening questionnaire. The analysis was performed using regression techniques in the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21 software. \u0000Results. The selected regression model is feasible and demonstrates that physical activity, diet, and sleep quality collectively influence students' BMI (p-value < 0.001). Furthermore, the analysis shows that physical activity (p-value < 0.001), diet (p-value = 0.019), and sleep quality (p-value < 0.001) independently affect students' BMI. \u0000Conclusions. We suggest that schools need to hold counseling programs in collaboration with relevant health workers to conduct counseling with the prevention of malnutrition, especially obesity. Provide additional tasks in the form of physical activity that students must do at home with parental supervision and the results will be reported to the teacher as an additional task value. Parents should also provide supervision of eating behavior and sleep patterns. Fall Efficacy Scale - International (FES-I) is a validity and reliability measure used to assess fear of fall. However, it is worth noting that FES-I is currently not available in the Tamil language. Therefore, the objective of this particular study was to cross-culturally adapt the measure into Tamil and subsequently test the validity and reliability of the translated version. \u0000Methods. The original English version of FES-I was translated according to the protocol set by ProFaNE. The Tamil version, FES-I (T), was given to 81 elderly Tamil-speaking participants. Statistical analyses were done to compare groups based on age, gender, fear of falling, and fall history. The validity of FES-I (T) was assessed by comparing its scores with the TUG test and SPPB. The reliability of FES-I (T) was evaluated using the Intraclass correlation coefficient.\u0000Results. The total scores obtained from FES-I (T) exhibited a positive correlation with the scores obtained from the TUG test (rs = 0.584), while displaying a negative correlation with the scores obtained from the SPPB (rs = −0.619, p-value < 0.001). Furthermore, the test-retest reliability of FES-I (T) was found to be excellent, with the Intraclass correlation coefficient for the total score recording a value of 0.99.\u0000Conclusion. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the FES-I (T) is a valuable tool that can be effectively utilized in both clinical practice and research settings to assess fear of falling in elderly individuals who speak Tamil.

It would be a big obstacle in the learning process especially for high school students. The aim of this research is to understand the influence and relationship between the interest of doing physical exercises and psychological well-being to procrastination. The population of this research were 355 students of XI grade of SMAN 1 Muntilan.Using purposive sampling, 101 students were obtained as the sample. Data analysis technique using product moment correlation and linear regression with the interest in doing physical exercises (X1) and psychological well-being (X2) as independent variables, and procrastination (Y) as the dependent variable. The results show that almost all of students (80%) have a trend to do academic procrastination. This is shown by 67.3% of students having moderate procrastination and 16.8% of students having high procrastination behavior. There is a negative correlation between the interest in doing physical exercises and psychological well-being with procrastination, where the correlation coefficients are −0.554 and −0.164, respectively. A negative correlation can be interpreted if an increase in one variable is associated with a decrease in another variable in this context, namely when the physical exercise and psychological well-being variables increase, there is a decrease in students' tendency to engage in procrastination behavior. Meanwhile in regression analysis with 5% significant level shows only interest of doing physical exercises that significant influencing procrastination with p-value = 0.000.
