The results show that the technology can reduce the income gap. In addition, in order to get robust estimation, this paper also takes regional average level of technology as the instrumental variable to confirm this negative relationship. In order to narrow the income gap, this paper suggests that we should focus on promoting the development of social tertiary industry and high-tech industry and pay more attention to education expenditure in the distribution policy.","PeriodicalId":395705,"journal":{"name":"2020 The 4th International Conference on Business and Information Management","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134401876","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the adoption of stakeholder theory, and the analysis of the role of mobile government stakeholders, a four- stakeholder model is developed. Based on the model, the development resistance of mobile government from management department, information resources department, security department and customer have been analyzed. Suggestions of strengthen the integration and sharing of information resources, master the needs of customers and enrich the services content, guarantee network information security and enhance the awareness of citizen participation and realize positive interaction have been proposed and demonstrated.","PeriodicalId":395705,"journal":{"name":"2020 The 4th International Conference on Business and Information Management","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122904987","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationship among the services given by the Analysis and Testing Division of MIRDC to the overall satisfaction by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). A total of 505 Customer Satisfaction Monitoring (CSM) were collected and analyzed. Two SEM were developed based on 2017 CSM and 2018 CSM. For the 2017 model, the result indicated that “Assessment” service was the most predicting latent for overall satisfaction, followed by “Facility” and “Shoplab”. In contrast, for the 2018 model, “Facility” service was the most predicting latent for overall satisfaction, followed by “Assessment” and “Shoplab”. The derived SEM could be a theoretical foundation particularly related to the improvement in the Analysis and Testing Division of MIRDC, Philippines. The proposed SEM approach could also be applied to other industries that utilized a questionnaire to evaluate overall satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":395705,"journal":{"name":"2020 The 4th International Conference on Business and Information Management","volume":"56 9","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120838742","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
