{"title":"ما جاءَ على غيرِ حالِهِ مِنْ كلامِ العربِ في بابِ الأفعالِ /The unusual verb structure in Arabic Utterance","authors":"Saeed Almosa, Yahya Ahmad Al-Ltiniy","doi":"10.31436/jlls.v10i1.717","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31436/jlls.v10i1.717","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص البحث:  \u0000يهدف البحث إلى الإتيان على المواضع التي خرجت عن كلام العرب في باب الأفعال، وبيان تعليلات النحويين وتأويلاتهم لها، ولإنجازه أُتبع المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي، وقُسّم البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث، المبحثُ الأولُ: ما جاءَ على غيرِ حالِهِ من الأفعالِ الناسخةِ وما في معناها، والمبحث الثاني: ما جاء على غير حاله من تعدي اللازم بنفسه، والمبحث الثالث: ما جاء على غير حاله من الأفعال لأغراض معنوية خاصة. من أبرز نتائجه: أنه ظهر من خلال هذه الدراسة أهمية الدراسة الأصولية، والتعليلات والتأويلات النحوية، ومما جاء على غير حاله استخدام كان لغير المضي، ومجيء خبر الفعل الناسخ (عسى) مفرداً، ومشابهة جاءَ ونظائره لــ: (صار الناسخة)، والأفعال التي تأتي لأغراض معنوية مثل فعلي التعجب، ونعم وبئس، وحبذا ولا حبذا. \u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: الدراسة الأصولية-ما جاءَ على غيرِ حالِهِ– كلام العرب–الأفعال. \u0000   \u0000Abstract \u0000This research aims to shed light on unusual verb structures in Arabic and the justifications provided by the grammarians. It follows a descriptive approach and comes in three topics: The first deals with the unusual structures in the verbs that change the last vowel and the meaning of the subject and predicate (nÉsikh), the second deals with the unusual structures of the intransitive verbs. The third deals with the unusual structures of the verbs with special purposes. Among the most important conclusions of the study: the importance of fundamental studies was felt in this undertaking; the grammatical justifications and interpretation; the unusual structure has its own usage of changing the last vowel of the subject and predicate of the sentence similar to the function of the implicit verbs such as in the exclamation of surprise (taÑajjub), niÑma and bi’sa, ÍabbazÉ and lÉ habbazÉ. \u0000Keywords: Unusual structure – Arabic verbs – deeds \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Kajian ini bertujuan membincangkan struktur kata kerja perbuatan luar biasa dalam Bahasa Arab dan sebab-sebab yang telah dikemukan oleh para pakar tatabahasa Arab. Ia menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan mengandungi tiga topik: Yang pertama membincangkan struktur luar biasa kata perbuatan dalam kata kerja yang berfungsi menukarkan baris akhir dan makna subjek dan predikat (nÉsikh), keduanya membincangkan struktur luar biasa kata kerja intransitif. Ketiganya membincangkan struktur luar biasa kata kerja yang mempunyai tujuan-tujuan tertentu. {"title":"الافتراضُ في التَّعليل النَّحويِّ ومكانتُهُ في ردِّ دَعْوَى التَّأثير الأرسطيِّ /Hypothesis in the grammatical justification and its impact in refuting the claim of Aristotelian influence","authors":"Adham Muhammad ‘Ali Hamawiyyah, Homama Al-tabaa","doi":"10.31436/jlls.v10i1.715","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31436/jlls.v10i1.715","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص البحث:                                                                                                                        \u0000تشترك منهجيَّتا التَّفكير الإسلاميَّة واليونانيَّة في تحرِّيهما اليقين، وتفترقان في كيفية الوصول إليه، ففي حين تُسلم الثَّانية بوجود معارفَ عقليَّةٍ مُستقِلَّةٍ عن الواقع، وتتَّخذها وسيلةً لِمَا تبغيه من يقينٍ؛ لا تُسلِّم الأُولى بِمِثْلِ هذا، وتتَّخذ من التَّجربة وحدها وسيلةً تُقوِّي ما ترومه من اليقين، فاليقينيَّة اليونانيَّة مُطلَقةٌ على شَرْطِها، واليقينيَّة الإسلاميَّة مُفترَضةٌ، ويفيد الباحث من هذه التفرقة في ردَّ دعوى التَّأثير المنطقيِّ في النَّحو العربيِّ، فمن خلال منهجٍ استقرائيٍّ نقديٍّ يرصد عمليَّة الافتراض الَّتي استلزمتها العربيَّة نفسُها. توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يأتي: إنَّ الغاية من العلَّة النَّحويَّة الحفاظُ على اتِّساق النِّظام اللُّغويِّ، وضَبْطُ كُلِّيَّاته الجامعة من خلال تبيُّنها عاملاً وغايةً، ومن ثَمَّ دَرْؤُهُ عن كُلِّ ما قد يُخِلُّ به، وهو ما بدأ لأجله الدَّرس النَّحويُّ، ولا سيَّما القرآنيَّ منه، وأن النَّحويُّين يبتدئون من الحُكم النَّحويِّ المُعمَّمِ والمُطَّرِدِ البحثَ عن علَّته الأليق به من خلال اختبار العربية نفسها، وأن اليقينيَّة اليونانيَّة (الأرسطيَّة) مُطلَقةٌ على شَرْطِها، واليقينيَّة الإسلاميَّة مُفترَضةٌ، وهكذا صاغ النَّحويُّون بناءً كُلِّيّاً للنَّحو العربيِّ قوامه عقلنة الظَّاهرة اللُّغوية من خلال الافتراض الَّذي يُمثِّل فَهْماً خاصّاً بمبدأ العلَّة في الفكر الإسلاميِّ. \u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: النَّحو–المنطق–التَّعليل–الافتراض-العربيَّة. \u0000  \u0000Abstract \u0000The Islamic and Greek thoughts shared the same method in validating certainty, but both have different approached in arriving at it. While the latter acknowledges the existence of mental knowledge independent from the reality and depends on it as a method to validate certainty, the former does not accept that but instead resort to experiment alone as a method to strengthen certainty. Greek certainty is absolute in its conditions, while the Islamic certainty is hypothetical. The researcher takes this difference as an argument against the claim that Arabic grammar is influenced by Greek logic. By deductively and critically examining this issue in the process of hypothesizing that is inherent in Arabic. The study concludes with the following: the objective of grammatical justification is to preserve the cohesion of the language system and to regulate its totality through its clarifying function as an agent and purpose that would protect it from any disrupting cause; of which is the raison d’etre of Arabic grammar, in particular, the Quranic grammar. {"title":"النصوص القرائية ودروس قواعد اللغة العربية في الكتب المقررة في الشهادة الثانوية الماليزية: دراسة استطلاعية / Reading Texts and Arabic grammatical lessons in the textbooks of Malaysian Secondary Certificate: Survey Study","authors":"Yassir Ismail, Radhiah Saleh Saleh","doi":"10.31436/JLLS.V9I2.667","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31436/JLLS.V9I2.667","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص البحث \u0000يسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة نصوص القراءة وقواعد اللغة العربية في الكتاب المقرر بالسنة الرابعة والخامسة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية، للتعرّف على مدى استساغتها لدى الطلبة الذين يدرسون الكتاب سنة 2017م. وقد تمّ جمع البيانات من 180 طالباً وطالبةً يدرسون في 18 مدرسة، أي الـمُـعدّل 10 من الطلبة لكل مدرسة، وقد تبيّن من الاستبيان أن النسبة المئوية العالية من استجوابـهم تؤكد بأن النصوص القرائية تحتوي على الكثير من المفردات الصّعبة، ولا يمكن فهمها إلا بمساعدة الأستاذ من خلال ترجمته لتلك المفردات إلى الملايوية، أمّا بالنسبة للقواعد العربية فالنسبة المئوية العالية من استجوابهم تؤكّد بأن دروس قواعد اللغة العربية لم تكن مترابطة، وينقصها الأمثلة التوضيحية والتدريبات التطبيقية كما لم تُستغلّ الجمل والشواهد من النصوص القرائية في شرح القواعد المدروسة. \u0000الكلمات الـمفتاحية: نصوص قرائية-دروس-قواعد-آراء الطلبة-دراسة استطلاعية. \u0000Abstract \u0000This study undertakes the reading materials and Arabic grammar in the text book of the fourth and fifth years of the Malaysian secondary public school in order to identify its compatibility among the students who use it in 2017. 180 students who participated in the study came from 18 schools; an average of 10 students from each school. The significantly high percentage of their responses verifies that reading materials in the book contains significant number of difficult vocabularies that can be understood after their translation by the respective teachers. As for the lessons on grammar, it was concluded through the significant percentage of the responses that they do not appear to be interrelated, they lack relevant examples and practical exercises in addition to the fact that the Quranic verses were also not being put into use to explain the taught grammatical rules. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Quranic verses, lessons, grammars, views of students, survey \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Kajian ini menumpukan kepada bahan-bahan bacaan dan tatabahasa Arab di dalam buku-buku teks tingkatan empat dan lima sekolah aliran kerajaan Malaysia untuk mengenalpasti kesesuaiannya dalam kalangan pelajar-pelajar yang menggunakannya pada tahun 2017. 180 pelajar yang telah menyertai kajian ini terdiri daripada 18 sekolah; oleh itu purata setiap sekolah ialah ia diwakili 10 murid. Peratusan yang tinggi jawapan soal selidik para pelajar mengesahkan yang bahan bacaan di dalam buku itu mengandungi perkataan susah dengan jumlah yang tiggi yang hanya boleh difahami selepas daripada diterjemahkan oleh guru. Topik-topik berkenaan tatabahasa pula, melalui peratusan jawaban yang tinggi dalam soal selidik, nampak tidak saling berhubungan, ia juga kekurangan contoh-contoh yang sesuai serta latihan. This constitutes a difficult challenge for researchers and specialists in general and the memorizers of Quran in particular. Therefore, this study aims to explain the concept of linguistic principles and its role in determining the linguistic errors and issues in the melodies used by the memorizers of Quran. In additional to that, it is necessary to provide linguistic rules that help the memorizers and readers of the Quran in further preserve the Quran in the most correct manner. These important linguistic rules are near homonyms, fronting and delaying, context and occasion in the Quran. {"title":"دراسة تحليلية لدوافع تعلّم اللغة العربية لدى الحجاج والمعتمرين الماليزيين / An analytical study for the Motives of Learning Arabic Language by Malaysian Pilgrims and Umrah","authors":"Abdul Halim Salleh","doi":"10.31436/JLLS.V9I2.668","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31436/JLLS.V9I2.668","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص البحث \u0000            تأتي هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات التي تهتم بتعليم اللغة العربية لأغراض خاصة؛ حيث نهدف إلى كشف دوافع الحجاج والمعتمرين الماليزيين لتعلم اللغة العربية وفقا لرغباتهم القوية وحاجاتهم،  وارتكزت الدراسة  إلى العمل  الميداني؛ حيث قام الباحث بتوزيع الاستبانات التي أعدت خصيصا لهذا الغرض إلى فئة معينة من الجمهور الماليزيين المهتمين  بتعلم اللغة العربية لغرض أداء  مناسك الحج والعمرة، ثم تحليل نتائجها؛ إذ تسنى للباحث معرفة نوعية الدوافع القوية والمتوسطة والضعيفة وفقا لحاجاتهم ورغباتهم، والتي تعد من أساسيات التعليم في تحديد الموضوعات المتعلقة بالحج والعمرة ومجالاتها المختلفة عند تصميم الدروس الخاصة بهم؛  لذا نجد أن هذه الدراسة لها أهمية خاصة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن والمؤسسات التابعة للجح والعمرة سواء أكانت حكومية  أم أهلية. وقد بينّت نتائج الدراسة أن الدوافع الدينية قد احتلت المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 98،2 %، تليها الدوافع الثقافية بنسبة 60،8%، فالدوافع الاجتماعية بنسبة 55،7%، وأخيراً الدوافع الاقتصادية بنسبة 35،8%. وهذا لا يعني التركيز على دافع معين؛ إذ إن الحاجات والرغبات قد تكون متفاوتة ومتباينة في القوة والضعف وذلك حسب أهمية الموقف. \u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: الدوافع-الحاجات-الحجاج-المعتمرون-اللغة العربية لأغراض خاصة.   \u0000  \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000  \u0000This study falls under the preview of the studies concerned with teaching Arabic for special purposes. The aim of the study is to Find out the motives of the Malaysian pilgrims to learn Arabic according to their strong wishes and needs. The is a Field work study as the researcher distributed the questionnaires speciFically for this purpose to a certain group of Malaysians who are interested in learning the Arabic language for the purpose of performing the rituals of Hajj and Umrah, and then analyzing the results. Where the researcher was able to know and highlight the strong, medium and weak motives according to their needs and desires, which is one of the basic required information needed to determine the topics related to pilgrimage and Umrah when designing the lessons suited for them. Therefore, we Find that this study is especially important in the service of the guests of the Rahman and the institutions afFiliated to the Hajj and Umrah private be it or governmental in meeting the needs of the Malaysian pilgrims and facilitating the process of the Hajj and Umrah. The results of the study showed that religious motives ranked First with 98.2%, followed by cultural motives at 60.8%, social motives at 55.7% and economic motives at 35.8%. Thus, it should be facilitated as a important requirement and based on an educational basis, as it is required only if things are difficult. Hence, it was necessary to propose an enhanced model for the inherited declension, which is able to be expanded later for application in classrooms. There is no doubt that there is no magical way or secret idea for the students, which leads them directly to the desired goal, which is the composition ability of their sound pronunciation, and evaluate their tongues on the sound, but access to that valuable result is a combination of many factors enumerated research in this paper. The research presented descriptive analytical, ends with exercises on what was proposed. The goal is clear, and the way to it is in the content selection - arrangement - gradually, and then comes the good training based on the grounds of combining comprehensiveness and ease. His literary position is pointed out through his interest in the Arabic poetic tradition and his commitment to it in his poems as well as the language characteristics which distinguish him in his anthology. The study concludes among others: that the poems of ‘Abdullah al-Ṭayyib are abundantly infused with aesthetical features of language, among them is the use of different symbols; some represent the nation while others represent the barren deserts. He made use of the style of the earlier Arabic traditional poets both in words and senses. His inclination to the traditional elements is rare in the time when contemporary poets mostly would turn away from it. {"title":"تغليط الخاصة صواب العامّة: دراسة تحليلية للسياقات الصوتية والصرفية في كتاب \"تثقيف اللسان وتلقيح الجنان\" للصقلي نموذجاً/ Faulting the elites, correcting the commoners: An analytical study of the phonological and morphological contexts in the book ‘Tathqīf","authors":"Munir Manṣor alShatnawi","doi":"10.31436/jlls.v9i2.664","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31436/jlls.v9i2.664","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص البحث \u0000حظيت الأغلاط اللغوية في مستويات اللغة المختلفة بعناية اللغويين منذ القرن الثاني الهجري، وأثبتوا وجوه الصواب اللغوي الذي صوّب ألفاظاً وتراكيب لغوية غَلِط بها العوام أو الخواص، أو غلّطت الخاصة بها صواب العامة. تتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الظاهرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن اللحن ظاهرة ليست مقصورة على العامة، بل يمكن أن تقع من الخواصّ لوهم يتوهموه، وأن الغلط اللغوي ظاهرة لا تقف عند حدود مخالفة وجه الصواب، وإلى ضرورة دراسة السياقات اللغوية لما وصِف بأنه غلط لغوي، وأن اللحن ليس في مستوى واحد من مستويات اللغة، بل هو في جميع مستويات اللغة حتى الكتابي منها، ويلحظ على كتب لحن العامة وتقويم الألسن أنّها لم توضع لغير العرب من الأعاجم الذين دخلوا الإسلام، وانخرطوا في الحياة العربية وشؤون الدولة لتعلمهم العربية، ولا يفهم مما ذكره الصقلي في تخطئة رأي الخاصة، وتصويب رأي العامة، إطلاق حكم قطعي بأن الوجه اللغوي الذي قالت به الخاصة غلط مردود، وأنَّ الوجه اللغوي الذي قالته العامّة صواب معهود، وإنما كان الصقلي يقصد تخطئة الخاصة لما هو جائز بوجه آخر قالت به العامّة، ولذلك قد يكون رأي الخاصة صواباً، إلا أنه ليس من الصواب أن تجتهد الخاصة فتطلق وصف الغلط لما قالته العامة وهو جائز بوجه في العربية وإن قل وإن ندُر، وليست الخاصة سواء في الفصاحة، فمنهم المجيدون ومنهم المتكلفون. \u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: الغلط اللغوي-الخواص-العامة-اللحن-السياق-المعجم. \u0000Abstract: \u0000  \u0000Language errors on the various language levels had been attracting the attention of scholars since the second century after Hijrah. They tried to prove the correct use of the language through correcting the words and phrases that were wrongly used by the commons and the elites in the society, or in some cases what the elites would consider an error of the commoners. The study makes use of the descriptive analytical method in this aspect. The study is descriptive and analytical; it analyses selected aesthetical elements in the novel while explaining the creative features contained in them namely: the titling, the introduction, spatio-temporal construction, character building, conflicts, events formulation, plot development, narrative style, language and dialogue, imageries and the ending. This study intends to enrich critical studies in Malay literature while introducing this indigenous work to the Arabic reader. Among the conclusions of this study: the writer uses a figurative title and has successfully building the characters and developing the events, although that the plot seems to be scattered. Among the narrative techniques used by the writer are: third person pronoun, description, flashback, deconstruction, omission and message. He also use analogy and metaphor extensively. The Arabic language has not been discovered widely from that perspective. The present paper attempts to shed some light on the relevant concepts such as language economics, language investment, language industry and its relation to language planning and language policy. It also seeks to review some current cases of linguistic investment in different settings of the world such as Britain, France and Canada to draw some of the possible aspects of investment in the Arabic language. The paper concludes with a review of the most important obstacles to investment in Arabic, which includes the lack of awareness, the non-stimulating regulatory and investment environment, the unstable situation in the region and the stereotypical attitude toward Arab countries in the West. The study concludes that many countries had invested in language significantly to develop this aspect to prepare for acquiring huge, direct and indirect economic revenues.
