In this paper, we propose a spatio-temporal attention convolutional long short term memory neural networks (Attention-CNN-LSTM) for air pollutant concentration forecasting. Firstly, we analyze the Granger causalities between different stations and establish a hyperparametric Gaussian vector weight function to determine spatial autocorrelation variables, which is used as part of the input feature. Secondly, convolutional neural networks (CNN) is employed to extract the temporal dependence and spatial correlation of the input, while feature maps and channels are weighted by attention mechanism, so as to improve the effectiveness of the features. Finally, a depth long short term memory (LSTM) based time series predictor is established for learning the long-term and short-term dependence of pollutant concentration. In order to reduce the effect of diverse complex factors on LSTM, inherent features are extracted from historical air pollutant concentration data meteorological data and timestamp information are incorporated into the proposed model. Extensive experiments were performed using the Attention-CNNLSTM, autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA), support vector regression (SVR), traditional LSTM and CNN, respectively. The results demonstrated that the feasibility and practicability of Attention-CNN-LSTM on estimating CO and NO concentration.","PeriodicalId":395296,"journal":{"name":"International Workshop on Advanced Information and Computation Technologies and Systems","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125341934","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such situations as strict lies, uncertainty, and complete contradiction are considered in this article. It is shown that the truth of the conclusion in this case can take an interval value and the nature of this interval is preserved throughout the inference. The complexity of the dynamic structure of such systems is owing to a number of factors. Among them are a large number of system characteristics and relations between them, the existence of a large spectrum of distribution laws of random events, the need to collect and analyze current data on the system under study, and the presence of various constraints. Moreover, relations can be represented by functional, statistical, ambiguous, or other mappings. Unfortunately, simulation modeling tools are not widespread in designing and applying business processes, unlike other products of information and computation technologies (system of the office administration, warehouse management, etc.). In this regard, we present an approach to developing web-service for simulation modeling of queuing systems. Within the approach, we automate some stages of web-service development and use. To this end, we apply tools that support distributed computing with parameter variations in a heterogeneous environment, which includes virtualized resources. We provide a multi-agent management of computations. The practical use of the tools is shown on the example of developing a web-service for simulation modeling of a typical health and care institution.","PeriodicalId":395296,"journal":{"name":"International Workshop on Advanced Information and Computation Technologies and Systems","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128781932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The static off-line planning subproblem is addressed, which is useful to determine initial flight routes to maximize the explored area and the surveillance of points of interest in the zone. A specific flight planning solution is developed, to be applied in low-cost commercial Bebop 2. The experimental analysis is performed in realistic instances of the surveillance problem. Results indicate that the proposed multiobjective evolutionary algorithm is able to compute accurate flight plans, significantly outperforming a previous evolutionary method applying the linear aggregation approach.","PeriodicalId":395296,"journal":{"name":"International Workshop on Advanced Information and Computation Technologies and Systems","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126531424","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This problem has practical application in various fields of science and industry, for example, bioinformatics, remote sensing of natural objects, smart devices of the Internet of things, etc. Binary synchronous autonomous nonlinear dynamic models with an unknown characteristic matrix are considered. Matrix elements are chosen in such a way that the Boolean reference vectors are equilibrium states of the binary dynamic model. The attraction regions of equilibrium states act as classes (one reference vector corresponds to each class). The classified vector is the initial state of the model. Simple and aggregated classifiers are considered. The proposed method is demonstrated using an illustrative example.","PeriodicalId":395296,"journal":{"name":"International Workshop on Advanced Information and Computation Technologies and Systems","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133576176","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is very straightforward to implement the export for a single database table. But some information about the records of a master table may be represented by the records from, sometimes, several detail tables, so the resulting CSV table would be incomplete without this information. We develop AIS (automated information systems) using declarative specifications of database applications (SDA). The AIS’es are implemented using general algorithms, which are directed by the specifications. In this article we’ll consider the approach to generation of flat tables from the master-detail groups of tables, which allows users to represent compactly the data from a hierarchy of tables related by the master-detail relationships and to select conveniently which kind of information to include into the resulting table.","PeriodicalId":395296,"journal":{"name":"International Workshop on Advanced Information and Computation Technologies and Systems","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127132009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem consists in assigning a set of tasks to resources to minimize the overall execution time of the set of tasks and the execution time required to compute the schedule. A Multiobjective Iterated Local Search method is proposed to solve the studied affinity scheduling problem, which considers the different times required for communication and synchronization of tasks executing on different cores of a multicore computer. The experimental evaluation of the proposed scheduling method is performed over realistic instances of the scheduling problem, considering a set of common benchmark applications from the parallel scientific computing field, and a modern multicore platform from National Supercomputing Center, Uruguay. The main results indicate that the proposed multiobjective Iterated Local Search method improves up to 21.6% over the traditional scheduling techniques (a standard Round Robin and a Greedy scheduler)","PeriodicalId":395296,"journal":{"name":"International Workshop on Advanced Information and Computation Technologies and Systems","volume":"189 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122969469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
