The problems that arise do not exclude SMEs in Pucang Village because during the Covid-19 Pandemic they have experienced a decline in income, this interests us to examine how the impact of PPKM policies for SMEs in Pucang Village which experienced a decline in the economy previously caused by the Covid Pandemic -19. This study aims to determine how much impact the PPKM policy has on the economic development of MSME’s in Kelurahan Pucang Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The research method that we use in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The results we obtained in this study are that one of the impacts of this policy is the decline in the income of MSMEs around the Pucang village. The difficulty of turning the wheels of the local economy is because many residents depend on the income of these businesses. The provision of compensation and the creation of a safe and comfortable work environment from the company to employees can affect employee performance to achieve a company goal. This study uses quantitative research where there are two variables, namely compensation and work environment as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to determine whether compensation and work environment had a significant effect on the performance of the Prayogi Pharmacy Surabaya employees. This research questionnaire was distributed to 60 respondents with simple random sampling technique, namely random sampling. This study uses primary data and data obtained from analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, to examine the variables of compensation and work environment on employee performance. The interesting thing to study at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya is related to the discipline of its employees. Handling customer complaints is usually resolved quickly if there are no problems in the field. This shows that the employee's performance is quite good and can be said to be disciplined in receiving, sorting and selecting, and resolving customer complaints. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative and associative research. This type of research is field research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. For data processing analysis techniques, namely linear regression analysis.The results of the study indicate that the discipline of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya employees can be said to be quite good. This can be seen from the disciplinary indicators whose questions were answered by respondents and stated that the discipline of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya received a fairly good response from employees. However, employee discipline must still be considered in order to prevent employee negligence at work. One that is included in the industrial sector is the furniture industry. The furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials from wood or rattan into finished goods that have interior designs and artistic values that can provide comfort so that they can support consumer activities. This industry has an important role for consumers because it will continue to be needed and used at any time. . The results of the study by partially testing that the differentiation strategy has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. The differentiation strategy carried out by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the furniture industry in Leces District, Probolinggo Regency has been quite well implemented. This can be seen from the dimensions of the differentiation strategy responded by the owners or leaders of the furniture industry MSMEs, which researchers can interpret that the differentiation strategy carried out by the company is good and has already been realized with many respondents' answers stating that they agree, although there are still a few shortcomings and doubts from one of them. One application of the dimension of differentiation strategy carried out by MSMEs in the furniture industry in Leces District, Probolinggo Regency that needs further attention. ABSTRAK Sektor industri adalah sektor ekonomi yang memberikan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat dengan mengubah bahan mentah menjadi barang yang mempunyai nilai lebih. Dengan adanya sektor industri di Indonesia, membantu meningkatkan perekonomian dan pembangunan negara untuk lebih baik kedepannya. Salah satu yang termasuk ke dalam sektor industri adalah industri furniture. Industri furniture adalah industri yang mengolah bahan baku dari kayu atau rotan menjadi barang jadi yang mempunyai desain interior serta nilai artistik yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan sehingga dapat menunjang aktifitas konsumennya. Industri ini mempunyai peranan penting bagi para konsumen karena akan terus dibutuhkan dan digunakan sampai kapanpun. . Hasil penelitian dengan pengujian secara parsial bahwa strategi diferensiasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Strategi diferensiasi yang dilakukan oleh Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) industri furniture di Kecamatan Leces Kabupaten Probolinggo sudah cukup baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga (MBK) Ventura in Malang Region. Employee performance can be improved if the company pays attention to the leadership and work motivation experienced by each employee. A controlled leadership style and level of motivation are able to enable employees to perform their duties and responsibilities properly according to what is directed by the leadership of the company. Besides that, it can also make employees increase the intensity of their performance. The data in this study were analyzed using quantitative methods with a total number of respondents as many as 61 employees and using five formulas, namely Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, T-test, F-Test and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership and work motivation affect employee performance by 84.6% and 15.4% are influenced by other variables which are not included in this study. Simultaneously and partially show that there is an influence between leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji F dan uji t dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil uji validitas dari variabel kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan menunjukkan bahwa semua butir pernyataan kuesioner valid karena nilai rhitung > rtabel. Hasil analisis uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pernyataan reliabel dikarenakan nilai Cronbach Alpha 0,825 > 0,6. Hasil analisis regresi liner berganda menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja dengan persamaan Y = 11,941 + 0,195 X1 + 0,256 X2 + e. Hasil analisis uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 8,025 > 3,11 maka H0 ditolak pada tingkat signifikansi 5% dan H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara simultan variabel Kompensasi (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Y).Hasil analisis uji t variabel kompensasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung 2,411 > ttabel 1,999 maka H0 ditolak pada tingkat signifikansi 5% sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan secara parsial variabel Kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan (Y).
