They grow up with technology a fortiori and together with world wide web, mp3 players, short message, cell phones, PDAs, YouTube, IPADs, media technologies. Their Character and mindsets are seen to be different when compared to previous generations. The generation Z who will participate or participated in the labor force recently, their expectations are different from other employees. Gen Z is entrepreneurial, less motivated by money and more focused on face-to-face communication. This study is to determine the work perception factors of Generation Z.","PeriodicalId":394517,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Research in Engineering Application & Management","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124942553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, Location Based Service (LBS) has become one of the popular services which are provided by social networks. As LBS activity makes use of the user's identity and current location information, an appropriate path has to be utilized to protect the location privacy. However, as per our knowledge, there is no access to protecting the location sharing with the complete privacy of the location. To consider this issue, we put forward a new cryptographic primitive functional pseudonym for location sharing that make sure privacy of the data. Also, the proposed approach notably reduces the computational overhead of users by delegating part of the computation for location sharing to a server, therefore it is endurable. The primitive can be widely used in many MOSNs to authorize LBS with enhanced privacy and sustainability. As a result, it will contribute to proliferate LBS by eliminating user's privacy concerns.","PeriodicalId":394517,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Research in Engineering Application & Management","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125622139","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the constantly evolving and expanding urban world the skyscrapers and the high rise in general helps to deal with many problems such as the accommodation of many different amenities in the same place and the optimum utilization of the precious resource in cities which is land. However, this engineering marvel comes with its own set of problems and challenges for the engineers with regards to its serviceability and safety criterion. As the height of the structure increases the lateral forces namely the earthquake and wind forces become more critical. To tackle these problems different structural systems are used such as Rigid frame, Shear wall, Outrigger structure, Tube system, Diagrid system, Pentagrid system and Hexagrid system. The two systems extensively researched and used now a days are Diagrid and Hexagrid systems.","PeriodicalId":394517,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Research in Engineering Application & Management","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127258366","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Three beads on plate deposits were made on a low carbon steel plate by setting the current at 75, 100 and 125 Amp, voltage at 40 Volt and the weld speed at 0.5 mm/s. The wire is fed at the rate of 2.67 mm/s. A 1.8 mm filler wire made with low carbon steel was used. The macroscopic and microscopic examination of the sample was carried out. The depth of penetration was more with respect to rise in current value for the selected weld speed. At the heat affected zone (HAZ) fine grains were seen, closer to the HAZ recrystalised grains were noted. At the base metal large ferrite grains with fine carbide particles dispersed along the grain boundaries are observed.","PeriodicalId":394517,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Research in Engineering Application & Management","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115360159","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Financial services lead to social and economic safety hence, each & every individual should be provided with affordable institutional financial products/services popularly called ―Financial Inclusion‖. Despite witnessing substantial progress in financial sector reforms in India, it is overwhelming to note that nearly half of the rural households even today do not have any access to any source of funds (savings/credit) - institutional or otherwise. Hardly one-fourth of the rural households are assisted by banks. Hence the major task before banks are to bring most of those excluded, i.e. 75 percent of the rural households, under the mainstream of formal financial services.\u0000There is a need for the formal financial system to look at increasing financial literacy and financial counseling. As a part of corporate social responsibility now a day’s Indian banks and financial market players should actively look at promoting such programs. Financial products& services are identified as basic banking services like deposits accounts, institutional loans, access to payment, remittance facilities & also life & non-life insurance services. The present paper is an attempt to capture the region-wise usage of banking services. The study collected data of 900 respondents from five regions of Gujarat i.e. South Gujarat, North Gujarat, Central Gujarat, Saurashtra, and Kachchh. The study used a five-point Likert scale agreement method to understand the usage of banking services. Also, the study captured the demographic profile of respondents from. The primary data collected through a structure questionnaire.","PeriodicalId":394517,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Research in Engineering Application & Management","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131552660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Agriculture being one of the main occupation of the people of India, the raw products must be sorted to determine whether they fit the quality description so that high quality products are obtained as the end result. The proposed method is designed to ensure the availability of good quality coconut oil in the market by assessing the quality of each individual sample going into the production line. 70% of moisture content present naturally in copra(dried coconut kernel) is dried to almost 7% for coconut oil production. To prevent the growth of bacteria and fungus on the surface of the copra, sulphur is added as a preservative. Allergenic reactions and lung performance restrictions can be caused due to the presence of sulphur in copra. The presence of moisture may also adversely affect oil quality. The texture features such as wrinkles, moulds, fungi growth on the surface also deplete the oil quality. The features of different kinds of copra are analysed and is used\u0000train the machine. The machine learning methodology is adopted for the classification of copra as usable and unusable.","PeriodicalId":394517,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Research in Engineering Application & Management","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114221418","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper presents the smart energy monitoring system using android application. This system is efficient and convenient to achieve the visualization of real time values that are received from the energy meters via NodeMCU module. This application enables the user to control their power usages in the house by knowing about the consumption of power at any time. In this the analog data is converted to digital data with the help of inbuilt NodeMCU and passes it to the Arduino controller. Android based mobile phone itself transmits and receives data using Arduino IDE module, power supply and NodeMCU.","PeriodicalId":394517,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Research in Engineering Application & Management","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123333102","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Conventional construction methods have many limitations because which has shown remarkably poor productivity as compared to other sectors in the economy. With the discovery of printable concrete most of the limitations conventional concrete construction can be solved. Our idea is to develop a printable concrete mix by incorporating steel slag which is a waste material from steel industry. Construction using 3-D concrete printers has not been started yet in India, but it had been successfully done in many other countries. Construction using 3-D concrete printer can overcome many of the problems faced by conventional construction. But the technology is not fully developed since there is no specification for the mix in the Indian Standard. We aim to develop a low cost concrete mix to make it more affordable than the one available in the market presently.","PeriodicalId":394517,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Research in Engineering Application & Management","volume":"17 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116583240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
