The research method uses an investigative report learning model that focuses on high school students in Gowa Regency as a sample. The investigative report learning model has proven to be successful in increasing the understanding of high school students about anti-corruption actions and behavior. Students' understanding of anti-corruption actions and behavior that initially only revolved around the government level has increased at a wider level, where students are able to identify directly in the field through investigation sheets, such as the home environment and the market environment. Some of the actions that can be identified are the act of reducing the scales, hoarding basic materials, and providing inappropriate materials. Furthermore, the role of religious teachers is also very large by providing interventions in the form of explaining the relationship between the Qur'an and the story of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to students' findings about acts that are considered acts of corruption. The position of guarantees in financing agreements according to Islamic economic law states that guarantees in the practice of financing institutions are allowed because in order to maintain the trust of debtors, Islamic financial institutions must establish the principle of prudence and look at the condition of society that has experienced a shift in terms of commitment to moral values such as trust and honesty. Consumer financing agreements basically do not emphasize the collateral aspect. However, because consumer finance is a business institution, consumer finance companies in financing activities cannot be separated from risk, to avoid risk, consumer finance usually asks for certain guarantees as guarantees in financing. The main guarantee in a financial institution is in the form of trust, the main guarantee is in the form of goods financed on a fiduciary basis, and additional guarantees in the form of power to sell and others. The business that is run must not have prohibited elements in its financial transactions such as riba, maysir and gharar. The presence of a Sharia economic fatwa issued by DSN-MUI becomes a guideline for LKS in formulating its financial products to be in accordance with sharia contracts. To maintain the implementation of sharia principles in LKS, there is a Sharia Supervisory Board as a representation of DSN-MUI whose position acts as a sharia compliance supervisor who is in charge of maintaining conformity between the DSN-MUI fatwa and the practice of financial products in LKS. The study in this paper aims to analyze the existence of DPS in LKS and then try to formulate strategies to optimize the role of DPS in controlling shariah compliance. Dengan menggunakan penelitian hukum normative, artikel ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan dari lembaga anti korupsi yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia yaitu Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) setelah dilakukannya revisi terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 Tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa dalam sejarah penaganan tindak pidana korupsi yang terjadi di Indonesia terdapat berbagai lembaga yang telah dibentuk untuk menangani masalah korupsi. Hingga pada masa Reformasi dibentuklah Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) yang dalam menjalankan kewenangannya KPK bersifat independen. Akan tetapi status KPK sebagai lembaga yang bersifat independen dalam menjalankan segala tugasnya, berubah menjadi lembaga negara yang berada dalam rumpun eksekutif.
