The authors show how learners employed the aspects of intonation with regular guidance and feedback through multi staged process. The authors present a model where students learn to work autonomously stating the aims and goals, working out learning strategies. This article reports on activities as a route towards promoting autonomous use of the BBC’s online dialogues in and outside the classroom to enhance the second language ability in intonation presentation in increasingly informed and successful manner.","PeriodicalId":393650,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Internation Conference on \"Humanities and Social Sciences: Novations, Problems, Prospects\" (HSSNPP 2019)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121442904","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By industrial cluster blocks, we define: block 1 “R & D”, block 2 “Procurement and Financial Support”, block 3 “Production and Technological Activities”, block 4 “Staffing Support”, block 5 “Realization of Production equipment\". In this article, we offered methodology for the distribution of investment in blocks of an industrial cluster using game theory. In order to determine the investment strategy, we built a payment matrix. In order to confirm the hypothesis to determine the best solutions, we used the classical and derived conformity criteria: Bayesa, Laplace, Sauvage, Gurviz, Hodge-Lehmann. As a result, we obtain the most optimal investment strategy, which shows the effective distribution of public and private investments in the industrial cluster blocks.","PeriodicalId":393650,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Internation Conference on \"Humanities and Social Sciences: Novations, Problems, Prospects\" (HSSNPP 2019)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114251946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An approach to errors that completely change the researcher’s worldview was considered. The specific results were shown demonstrating type 2 errors, when many researchers (psychologists and sociologists) present a weak but “significant” correlation as real linear model of a phenomenon or process under study, but in fact, a real strong simple non-linear relation is hidden behind it, which completely changes the picture of this phenomenon or process. Correlation analysis gives the result accepted in the research community as noteworthy when the correlation is “significant” (more than a critical value, “saving” asterisks SPSS). It is from this set of dependencies that we select only those for which the correlations are very weak (no more than 0.3), and the author’s relation coefficient shows that there is a strong, simplest non-linear relation. All dependencies are presented in the form of tables (the strength of relation coefficients of 0.6 and more, 26 dependencies) and the inverted distributions for dependencies with the greatest strength of relation coefficients (of 0.8 and more – 13 dependencies; of 0.7 to 0.8 – 5 dependencies; of 0.6 to 0.7 – 8 dependencies). Finally, we consider the sufficiently strong linear relation with a correlation coefficient of 0.6 or more (9 dependencies).","PeriodicalId":393650,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Internation Conference on \"Humanities and Social Sciences: Novations, Problems, Prospects\" (HSSNPP 2019)","volume":"18 7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131499733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Differences were found in the association fields of ‘clear’ and ‘unclear’ names concerning the prevailing types of reactions, the composition and number of semantic zones; as well as their correlation (or lack of the latter) with information about the actual company's activities. Assessment reactions or reflections about the linguistic phenomena themselves (structure models and components) were revealed in each of the analyzed association fields. The poles of the assessment of each name range from positive to sharply negative and also emotional. Reflection in the perception of company names is also manifested in the dialogue mode of reactions for unclear names and significant number of reactions to the structure of derived comples company names formed by unusual models. The incomprehensibility and unusualness of new names manifest in reaction-explanations, when respondents give detailed interpretations, and, thus, try to comprehend the unusual combination of components, structure and content representation (borrowings, transliterations, metagraphic tools). For incomprehensible names, the field core is formed by lower-order echolalic reactions or phonetic reactions.","PeriodicalId":393650,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Internation Conference on \"Humanities and Social Sciences: Novations, Problems, Prospects\" (HSSNPP 2019)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131683585","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition to indirect apology strategies used separately, various combinations of these strategies are identified. Also, hearer’s reaction to indirect apology strategies is studied, which can be: the negation of speaker’s guilt; the acceptance of the apology; the rejection to accept an apology; hearer’s apology (in response to speaker’s apology).","PeriodicalId":393650,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Internation Conference on \"Humanities and Social Sciences: Novations, Problems, Prospects\" (HSSNPP 2019)","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126610917","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The recent substantiating examples are the failures of the attempt to implement ambitious pension programs in Ukraine and in Greece, in particular. It is common for populist governments to adopt generous pension schemes under the influence of suddenly increased budget revenues (for example, due to promising changes in the global market). This can also result from the possibility to get low-interest credits at the global financial markets. The problem arises when the sources of pension funding appear to have been temporary. At this point, it is necessary to choose between the two harsh alternatives. The first option is a balanced budget, but tough and painful for the population pension reform implementation. The second variant is generous funding of pensions in the current period followed by a devastating level of hyperinflation in the future. The “budget vs pension” dilemma reinforces the fact that no one can overcome the dynamic budget","PeriodicalId":393650,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Internation Conference on \"Humanities and Social Sciences: Novations, Problems, Prospects\" (HSSNPP 2019)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116059608","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
