In Alevi-Bektashi belief, there is a large vocabulary and ritual order formed around the concept of dâr. In addition to being a ritualistic expression, dâr is a multi-layered term that has a philosophical and sociological counterpart. The concept of dâr, which symbolizes sufistic path to reveal the self, indicates a square which is equipped with Sufistic answers and has an equivalent to being apparent. Various cultural and religious figures that are meaningful within the framework of Alevi-Bektashi belief circle are also practiced through the phenomenon of dâr, so that collective memory is kept alive and the tradition is transferred. There are various different arguments about the transmission of the traditions of wandering minstrels. The argumentation made by Prof. Ilhan Basgoz on the birth of minstrels enlightens our understanding about the tradition in a historical process. It is clearly possible to elaborate the evolution of Turkish poets into shamans, minstrels, dervish poets, and ashik (minstrel) by integrating the approach used by Prof.Basgoz. In this paper, the purpose is to explain the way is which the approach used by Ilhan Basgoz has been enriching for the tradition of Turkmen-Heterodoxy studies as well as Alevi-Bektashi studies by offering examples. Additionally, the processes related to the development of minstrels and the tradition of Turkmen-Heterodoxy will be evaluated. It will also be emphasized that the Alevi people are nomadic and belong to the traditional rural Heterodox Turkmens; that the other branch of the tradition is formed by the Sunni Turkmens who are not nomadic. There will be an emphasis on the argument on the interplay between the two branches on the one hand; and the development of independent traditions on the other. It will be possible to grasp the tradition of the Turkish poetry as a whole by analyzing and acknowledging elements of the Turkish society in a historical process.","PeriodicalId":39168,"journal":{"name":"Turk Kulturu ve Haci Bektas Veli - Arastirma Dergisi","volume":"113 1","pages":"111-122"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80588611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to its geographical classification, the Goroghlu Epic, which is included in the Eastern version and is the largest in terms of volume and content of this version, also differs greatly with its mythological aspects. The epic hero, who was born with an ehtraordinary birth, has magical powers and helpers. This training program, which takes the human from its most crude form and makes it perfect, consists of four main steps. The names of these main steps bear the names of Seriat, Tarikat, Marifet and Hakikat. The concept of Dort Kapi has been the subject of numerous studies so far. Numerous studies that directly and indirectly investigate this curriculum have shed light on only certain aspects of the subject. Until now, there has not been a orderly study focusing on the resources of this concept as a whole. This study focuses on the main structure of the Dort Kapi concept and examines the sources of this structure.In this study, the answers to the questions of whether the Dort Kapi have a basis in the verses of the Quran, whether they are direct or indirect, if any, are sought. In the hadith and command books, it is investigated whether there are texts that lay the groundwork for this concept. In this study, it is also examined whether it is possible to base the concept of the Dort Kapi on the Quran, the commands of the Prophet Muhammad and the Twelve Imams.The main sources used in the study are hadith books containing the commands of the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad and the Twelve Imams.
