This research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. In the implementation, this research consists of two cycles, namely cycle I two meetings and cycle II one meeting. Includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 34 teachers and grade IV students.Student learning outcomes in research Cycle I 62.0 with good qualifications increased in cycle II to 86.64 with very good qualifications. This research is motivated by the development of technology increasing rapidly, the demand for efficiency is increasing. Video e-learning media is a very good breakthrough, and demands for modernization in the world of education. The research method in this study was conducted using the R and D method. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all teachers at SMK 3 Padang, amounting to 86 people. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale with five alternative answers. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the mean formula. The results showed that: (1) Input Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang were in the good category with an average score of 4.09. (2) Process Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang are in the good category with an average score of 4.11. 3) Output Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang are in the good category with an average score of 4.07.
