O artigo averigua que esse espaço é estratégico para a China por conta de seus recursos naturais e de sua posição estratégica para a segurança e a projeção econômica e militar chinesa. Ainda, o texto aborda como se dá a expansão chinesa, sua geoestratégia para esse espaço. Fingermann","doi":"10.5216/sec.v23i.59660","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5216/sec.v23i.59660","url":null,"abstract":"La politica exterior de Dilma Rousseff generalmente es considerada una continuacion de la de su predecesor, aunque algunos estudios recientes han identificado la reduccion y las transformaciones en la agenda del Sur Global. En la Cooperacion Sur-Sur (CSS) hay una escasez de analisis en este periodo. Para llenar ese vacio, este articulo examina los cambios en las fuerzas politicas internas que dan forma a la CSS, especialmente la cooperacion tecnica en el gobierno de Rousseff. Para ello, se definen cuatro categorias: Ideas, Instituciones, Grupos de Interes y Organizacion. A traves de un analisis de cada una de ellas, se muestra que las variables Ideas y Grupos de Interes, ademas del evidente retroceso de la diplomacia presidencial, dieron forma a las transformaciones de la cooperacion para el desarrollo. The lack of a clear hierarchy regarding the numerous topics means that the international agenda depends on the actorsinvolved in the process. Within this framework, this article aims to analyze the list of emerging powers in the multilateral spaces of international negotiation taking into account two themes of the global agenda: energy and pharmaceutical patents. Aunque buena parte de sus créditos fueron a Europa, el Fondo también tuvo una presencia activa en América Latina y el Caribe. Apoyado en una metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa, el presente trabajo analiza desde una perspectiva de economía política la evolución y las características del vínculo financiero entre el FMI y la región durante el decenio posterior a la crisis financiera global. This content is a form of engagement that holds its subjectivity and intimacy, preserving its particularities in the construction of itselfreferring the living experiences and their sexual diversities. The paper gathers its data from inquiring the possible decolonization in the construction and in women experience, from their sexualities and from the way in which they interact with the objects. Unlike the repressive past focused on family and on reproduction, in our times sexuality involves the market discourse, the right to pleasure and an agency of oneself, in a way that there is a knowledge production of new significations and of decolonization processes in the field ofsexuality. For this, it has counted on the participation of entities and with successive tests of validation. Likewise, we have developed a web platformthat is already using more than 200 organizations. This tool allows entities of different legal typology to have indicators and criteria adjusted to their characteristics. Finally, we have reviewed the websites of entities receiving more than € 200,000 of annual public aid and, therefore, are required to comply with the CatalanTransparency Law. The results show a very high default rate. It starts with a conceptual discussion about the different definitions and conceptions about case studies found in the literature and then distinguish researchstrategies from number of cases and number of observations. We approach the role of case studies in treating multi-causality and the causal complexity of social phenomena, discussing in terms of internal and external validity and causal analysis strategies. In this sense, argumentation in favor of a different perspective is more common in case studies: instead of restricting designs that are structured in one or few observations treated in a qualitative approach, it is also possible to understand it as research strategiesthat adopt models of empirical analysis using quantitative techniques from the variation within the case. Its diffuse character requires the concatenation of state efforts for its confrontation that goes beyond the state borders, under penalty of subduing any policy in this sense. Brazil and Paraguay occupy a prominent role in the development of illegal transnational activities in the South American continent, and there is a dynamic of complementaritybetween supply and demand of illegal products and services. The border between the two countries corresponds to the more traditional route of drug traffic in South America, which is the reason why Brazil and Paraguay have joined efforts to address the issue, including militarily. This article aims to analyze how military cooperation between Brazil and Paraguay develops to combat drug traffic at the border between both countries. For that, a conceptual rescue of the transnational organized crime and its characterization in the Brazil-Paraguay border is made. China has faced major challenges in combining military modernization and Peaceful Development in a strategic environment marked by the balance of power logic.
