The study aims to find out how novelty and level of convenience influence the users in making a habit of using applications. The methodology adopted for the study was a mixed-method quasi-experimental intervention. The independent variables identified were novelty and level of convenience. Users prefer simplicity-driven technology which results in more number of subscribers and an increase in loyalty. The novelty or newness that an application introduces affects the way in which a user interacts with the mobile application. The dependent variables identified for the study were excessive dependence, attachment and time spent by users. When an application is convenient and easy to use, users tend to depend more on it which indirectly increases the overall time spent by them and levels of attachment exhibited by them. The sample size for the study was 60 male and female participants pursuing an undergraduate and postgraduate course in National Institute of Fashion Technology, Kannur. The group was divided into two consisting of 30 people each. The age range of the sample considered was 18 – 28 years. The current study was conducted on an intervention basis, where one of the two groups selected was to go through a pre and post-test in the beginning and end of the intervention, and the results were compared between both groups and within one group with the help of the t-test. Both Managers and academicians seem to be examining the nature of innovation and its significance for the development of an organization and competitive advantage (Lopes et al.,2016). Many research scholars have accepted positive effects of innovation towards an organization and we can find some research studies conducted on it in the past few years. Through this systematic review of past literature, this research study is an attempt to enhance the knowledge of the subject and to present the extensive analysis of the past research studies. The analysis of this study was conducted to see the trend of publications between the years 1970 to 2019; it used authors, journals, countries, universities/research institutions and different keywords related to innovation management as search words. After using multiple filters for removing irrelevant researches, 2160 research articles were examined. According to results of the study number of publications increased after 2008. Therefore, it is assumed that the annual publications will continue to increase. USA & Germany have higher rate of research publications and UK has strong international collaborations. Variables such as innovative activity, innovative management, total innovation management, management innovation and innovation development are the most common terms used in research of innovation management. On the basis of the records that have been found out, the global economy is at a terrible position and most of the nations have entered with the recessionary phase. In accordance with the implementation of secondary research methodology data and results regarding the impact of Covid-19 has been collected from different journal articles, research, online articles and necessary readings. Based on the data collected from different sources, the findings can be provided as follows an increase in the per capita GDP annual contraction to 92.9% and the stock markets have crashed and are facing a crucial time at the moment. Due do this major challenges faced as travelling has been restricted due to the widespread of this global pandemic since many countries as well as cities and other locations have closed their borders to avoid transportation facility. Throughout all countries all flights are cancelled and global tourism industry is totally stagnant, which increases the possibility of losing job for employees. It affects normal well-being of people who are directly and indirectly involved within the global tourism sector. In every discussion of inflation and unemployment, one cannot ignore the contribution of Dr. Alban William Housego Phillips. Dr. A. W Phillips has done a remarkable contribution in the field of economics with his popular theory known as The Phillips Curve. Empirical Literature of Pakistan has a good portion of researches on inflation rate and unemployment rate discretely, but very few researches focus to find out the exhibition of Phillips Curve in the economy. Therefore, this study aims to find out the impact of inflation on the unemployment rate and growth rate of the gross domestic product of Pakistan. \u0000As the aforementioned statement suggests, the independent variable of the study is inflation rate while the dependent variables are unemployment rate and growth rate of gross domestic product. The data range selected was of 20 years that is from 1991-92 to 2019-20. Results were extracted by using three test of EViews software that are, Augmented Dickey-Fuller test, Granger Cointegration Test, and Johansen Cointegration Test. Findings showed that there is an impact of inflation rate on unemployment rate and gross domestic product growth rate of Pakistan. Jusoh","doi":"10.31580/JPVAI.V3I3.1647","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31580/JPVAI.V3I3.1647","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 \u0000 \u0000In Pakistan, all higher education institutions (HEIs) are accredited by the higher education commission and have formed a directorate of quality assurance to accomplish the quality goal and enforce internal quality assurance (IQA) policies through the quality enhancement cells (QECs). Self-assessment of an academic program is a part of the IQA policy. It includes teaching-learning processes, institutional facilities, process control, computer labs, program mission, objectives, and outcomes. In the past, limited research has been done on institutional internal quality assurance practices based on Self-Assessment Report and student satisfaction. The study aims to find the level of student satisfaction, and the relationship between student satisfaction in HEIs of Pakistan. The study used a quantitative method by circulating online questionnaires to 136 top managers and student representatives using proportionate stratified random sampling, in which 112 questionnaires were received for analysis. Statistical Package for Social Science is used in the study to test the hypothesis using regression. The findings showed based on the top manager’s perception in HEIs are at a moderate level. Furthermore, based on the student representative’s perception, the student satisfaction level was also at a moderate level. The study also found a positive relationship between quality practices and student satisfaction. The findings of the study contribute to a new path for future researchers which will contribute towards improvement in the quality of research and teaching.
