The easier it is to get this information, it causes teenagers to become fanatical about their idols. As a result of the adolescent fanaticism, it causes the impact and attitudes of adolescent behavior. The causes are from drama series, music, fashion, artists, social media. No wonder if watching k-pop will have an impact and behavior on teenagers. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the impact of k-pop on adolescent fanatic behavior and how the attitude of fanatical behavior in adolescents. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of k-pop on adolescent fanatic behavior and to determine the attitude of fanatical behavior in adolescents. The research method uses a design with a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. The data collection procedure used is interviews. Checking the validity of the data carried out is observation and triangulation. Planning a strategic cooperation in the automotive business world first to analyze the impact experienced later in order to achieve an effective and efficient goal. The purpose of this study is to, 1) Knowing the strategy of the principal of SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan in a cooperative relationship with the automotive business world. 2) Knowing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the principal's cooperation strategy with the automotive business world. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research using three stages, namely. : First, dig up research data. The second stage is to analyze the data that has been obtained. The third stage is to check the validity of the data. The results of the research carried out show the conclusions, namely, First, the principal makes a plan for the strategy to be implemented by creating a team and analyzing the impact that will be experienced during the implementation of the collaboration process. Second, determine the steps of the cooperation strategy and prepare the facilities and infrastructure to support the practice of field work as well as a condition for achieving the strategic process of cooperation with the automotive business world. Third, evaluate the implementation of the cooperation strategy by making a questionnaire every month to be filled in so that it is easy in terms of supervision, coordination and good communication and field surveys are carried out in order to know the stages of the implementation of the cooperation strategy. 2) The supporting factors and inhibiting factors for implementing the principal's cooperation strategy are facilities and infrastructure as well as the policies and wishes of the boarding school caregivers. By using the istinbat method as well as seeing and exploring the texts of the previous Muslim heritage (turath) it is hoped that later it will be known how what methods and means can be used as material to understand the meaning of the Koran through tadabbur. This research is included in the category of library research. The purpose of this study seeks to present a method that can be used for readers and reviewers of the Koran so that it can be easy through the tadabbur method, explore the deepest meaning of the contents of the Koran, take the knowledge and wisdom in it, and then apply it in everyday life. The research begins by explaining the meaning of tadabbur and sentences that have similar meanings to it, such as the words tafsir, tadhakkur, tafakkur, istinbat . Then proceed with explaining the urgency of tadabbur, law, conditions, division, faidah, mentioning things that can help and hinder in tadabbur. This is followed by a description of how to perform tadabbur in the Koran. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, where the researcher tries to describe and analyze the benefits of the Jamaah Value Card (KNJ) as an inculcation of character education in the field of discipline in the congregation. The method used is interview and participatory observation, in the participatory observation the researcher observes the existing situation, observes the process of implementing activities, what is done by the informants related to discipline in the implementation of the dhuhur prayer in congregation. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a difference between before and after using the Jamaah Value Card (KNJ). The difference was due to several things. First, students are motivated to get good grades, they compete to get cards first in order to occupy the position or front row. This study uses a qualitative research type of data collection methods used in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program with Islamic Boarding Schools includes: school principals have provided special training to educators so that they can understand what must be done in implementing child-friendly schools with pesantren integrity, including planning, implementation and monitoring. (1) The planning of the Child-Friendly Schools with Islamic Boarding Schools program begins with a meeting between the Principal and the committee and staff related to the Child-Friendly School Program, the meeting discusses planning and evaluating the program. (2) The implementation of the policy for the Child-Friendly Schools with Integrity for Islamic Boarding Schools must meet several components, such as the completeness of infrastructure, children's participation, parental participation, and community participation. Therefore, the implementation of the Child Friendly School program policy really involves all school residents, and the completeness of adequate infrastructure, an appropriate curriculum and trained education personnel for children's rights. (3) It aims to obtain the results of the implementation of the Child Friendly School program and as a determinant of planning and subsequent programs. Supporting factors in the implementation of the Islamic Boarding School Integrity Child Friendly School program, namely in addition to adequate facilities, it also received strong support from the Government, donors and foundations. One of the intelligence possessed by humans is linguistic intelligence. Linguistic intelligence is the ability possessed by a person to process words through writing, and expressions as a form of expressing his thoughts. In addition, one of the psychological factors that contribute to student success is self-confidence. In the study of self-confidence, the skills that must be mastered include speaking, listening, writing, and reading. This study aims to empirically prove whether there is a relationship between linguistic intelligence and self-confident students at MA Tarbiyatus Shibyan Sidorejo Panceng Gresik. This research approach uses quantitative research with the type of correlation research. The research subjects were 69—the data collection method used linguistic intelligence and student self-confident questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the correlation test. The results showed that: There is no relationship between linguistic intelligence and self-confident MA Tarbiyatus Shibyan Sidorejo Panceng Gresik students. This is based on calculations using the person correlation test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.044 > 0.05. Because of the value of sig. (2-tailed) is greater than the probability value. The level of linguistic intelligence is in the Medium category, with a minimum score of 51 and a maximum value of 92.
