Problems originating from the subject of development are in terms of land acquisition. Thus, land acquisition efforts for these purposes need to be handled properly and carried out by taking into account the role of land in human life and the principle of respect for legal rights to land. The Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Kalimantan Province has planned the development area of the government center in Banjarbaru City. One of them is the design of a more representative sports area. In 2022 and 2023, the land acquisition of the Integrated Sports Area Phase I and II has been carried out together with the implementation team of the South Kalimantan Provincial BPN Office. In connection with this achievement, this research is important because the land acquisition process is related to project productivity which causes the construction of the Integrated Sports Area to be hampered. This research focuses on the variable factors of the stages and technical implementation of land acquisition (Inventory and identification of land tenure, ownership, use, and utilization) and internal factors (Verification and improvement of land parcel maps and / or nominative lists by the Chief Land Acquisition Executive if there are objections to the results of inventory and identification), namely the results of land measurement. Analysis of measurement error results by finding the amount of linear shift to determine the standard deviation of comparison of measurement results of two different tools. The results of the questionnaire will be tested for validity and reliability to determine the level of importance of the measurement results from respondents followed by Relative Importance Index (RII) Analysis to find out what dominant impacts affect the Construction project, these two methods are taken into consideration in determining mitigation efforts for land measurement inaccuracies on the physical development process. To be more precise, the act of voting has been an essential and significant component of human societies, particularly for government and municipal elections. Nonetheless, the conventional method of casting a ballot by physically visiting a voting booth raises concerns regarding the security of the process, as there have been reported incidents of tampering. To tackle these issues, we propose an online voting system that makes use of Blockchain technology. By utilizing encryption and hashing techniques, the Blockchain system guarantees the security of each vote. In our proposed system, a smart contract is triggered when an election is scheduled, thereby facilitating a secure and efficient voting process. The need to modernize voting systems has become more urgent due to the increasing frequency and volume of voters. Despite these challenges, security and fairness should not be compromised. Therefore, modernizing voting systems in terms of security is essential to ensure the integrity of elections, so that voters can have confidence in the electoral process.\u0000To address this challenge, we introduce Aqua, a distributed system that implements a multi-winner approval-based voting scheme, following the AV rule, on the Ethereum blockchain. Aqua supports both English and Greek languages for multi-winner elections with committee sizes up to three members. Control aims to obtain the efficiency of the use of LPG gas. To increase efficiency, the controller applies fuzzy logic to each distillation function. The control system is based on the distillation time to get the most optimal essential oil yield. The results and duration of the distillation are based on fuzzy logic. Setting temperature and pressure parameters is based on the characteristics of the type of material to be refined. In nutmeg distillation, the temperature is in the range of 110-120 °C and a minimum pressure of 1.5-2.0 bar. In patchouli distillation the temperature is in the range of 100-110 °C and a minimum pressure of 1.0-1.5 bar. For citronella distillation, the temperature is in the range of 100-110 °C and a minimum pressure of 1.0-1.5 bar. The distillation time for each essential oil raw material is different, and the most optimal time is obtained from. The simulation is based on fuzzy logic. The results of the application of the control system in essential oil refining obtained efficiency in the use of gas. The efficiency of nutmeg essential oil distillation is 17.5% with a distillation time of 12 hours. Patchouli essential oil refining efficiency was 15% with 8 hours distillation. And the efficiency of distillation of citronella essential oil is 10% with distillation for 5 hours. The procedure of this work is divided into two steps, first determining the factors for processing, the second is the databases and FIS construction. The determined databases are considered as an inputs and output for proposed fuzzy logic system. There are two inputs (Age, Distance) and one output (Status), the membership functions for the first input (Age) are (Young Adults_A, Young Adults_B, Young Adults_C, Young Adults_D, Middle Aged_A, Middle Aged_B), the membership functions for the next input (Distance) are (Very Short, Short, Medium, Long, Very long), while the membership functions of the determined output (Status) are (Very Good, Good, Accepted, Bad, Very Bad). Por lo tanto, el objetivo es analizar los aspectos inherentes a la intensificación del cultivo del maíz desde la perspectiva del desarrollo sustentable, examinando los contextos económico, social y ambiental del proceso del cultivo del maíz a nivel global, nacional y del estado de Sinaloa. Esta investigación fue diseñada como un estudio descriptivo-explicativo con un enfoque cualitativo. Los resultados indican que existen varios desafíos que enfrentan los agricultores al encaminar procesos agrícolas hacia el desarrollo sostenible, tales como falta de información, falta de innovación, aversión al riesgo y resistencia al cambio; a pesar de esto, las consecuencias de aplicar prácticas agrícolas sustentables son positivas, generando mayor producción y cuidado de los recursos naturales. Las autoridades municipales han reconocido que estas aguas contienen distintas concentraciones de manganeso, lo que puede causar problemas de salud en la población. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio es explorar la percepción del público sobre el daño causado por el manganeso en los hogares como consecuencia del uso de agua con altos niveles de este metal en actividades domésticas.Los resultados indican que aunque el 51,69% de los usuarios desconocen la presencia de manganeso en sus viviendas, sí han notado sus repercusiones, como en depósitos de agua, sanitarios y ropa. También, han observado taponamientos, principalmente en duchas eléctricas (51,05%) y en cañerías de agua (38,13%), y el 29,75% han notado sabores y colores indeseables en el agua. Foundation planning aims to ensure that it can support loads up to a specified safety limit, including the maximum load that may be encountered. The foundation serves as the lower structure that interacts with the soil, providing stability and support for the superstructure. In this study, the analysis focused on the bearing capacity of the pile foundation under lateral forces. The Brinch Hansen method was employed to determine the allowable lateral bearing capacity, while the computer application was used to calculate the lateral deflection. Various pile lengths, such as 20m, 25m, 30m, 34m, and 40m, as well as different dimensions, including circular piles with diameters D30, D35, D40, and square piles measuring 30x30, 35x35, and 40x40, were considered. The analysis revealed that square cross sections exhibited greater allowable lateral bearing capacity compared to circular cross sections. The results showed that automotive dealers increased the implementation of advertising resources through the Internet, adapting to the changes of consumers. However, they expressed that it is advisable to make a combination of both traditional and digital, to improve the massification of advertising information.
