Therefore, it is urgent and important to strengthen the protection of consumers’ personal information. In the personal information leakage incident of consumers, the victims are unspecified groups, and the number of consumers who have suffered losses and the actual losses of ordinary consumers is uncertain. By filing consumer civil public interest litigation, consumers can be effectively encouraged to defend their rights through litigation, which increases the cost of offense and avails the prevention of illegal behaviors. However, there are still many problems in public interest litigation of consumers’ personal information protection. Firstly, it is difficult to distinguish the subject of infringement and its internal responsibility allocation. Secondly, the level of evidence collection means of procuratorial organs can’t match the needs of the investigation, which disadvantages prosecutors compared with the powerful objects of evidence collection. Thirdly, the problems of jurisdiction confirmation and low efficiency on the referral of jurisdiction have not been solved. Fourthly, the overlapping of laws has caused the judge’s discretion to be too wide. Fifthly, the standard of remedies for infringement is unclear. This kind of craft has a long history and a wide range of distribution. It is very popular in Hebei, Shandong, Zhejiang and other places in China. Among them, Hebei Daming grass-knitting is listed in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list in 2008, and other local straw weaving crafts are also listed as provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage in succession. Since the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time, the CPC Central Committee has always attached great importance to rural revitalization. In 2021, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Rural Revitalization was adopted to provide legal guarantee for the work of rural revitalization and clearly put forward measures to protect agricultural cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. Combining straw weaving technology with rural revitalization and developing straw weaving industry in rural areas can not only promote the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage, but also produce economic benefits and drive rural revitalization. Only by fully recognizing the donors’ donation motivation can their willingness to donate be better stimulated, thereby guiding and encouraging more donation behaviors. By conducting a questionnaire survey of charitable donations in colleges and universities, it is found that non-altruistic motivations including material interests and specific preferences are positively correlated with human well-being & happiness, while motivations such as honor pursuits & social identity have a negative correlation with human well-being & happiness. Therefore, we should actively build an incentive mechanism for college students’ charitable activities in response to their pursuits of material interests, and strive to improve the incentive mechanism to stimulate college students’ personalized donation willingness and suit their specific preferences. With the rise of the Law and Literature movement, scholars pay more attention to the interaction between the legal description in Bleak House and the law in reality.The legal elements of the novel revolve around three main cases. Firstly, through combing, it is found that the criticism of the Court of Chancery in Bleak House is more metaphorical and literal language expressed through literary devices, rather than pointing out the specific legal procedures or provisions that lead to the delay and pedantry of the Court of Chancery. As a novelist, however, Dickens was not obliged to pass judgment on specific laws. Then, we find that the way he writes is related to his life experience. Through the study of Dickens' relationship with law and the Court of Chancery, this paper reveals the relationship between Dickens and the Court of Chancery, and shows the emotional root of the novel's serious denial of the judicial system and the Court of Chancery. With the substantial increase in the application rate of the leniency system for plea guilty and accepting punishment, the criminal policy of \"fewer arrests, careful prosecution and prudence\" has become its due meaning. In China, the functions of censorship, arrest and prosecution are exercised by prosecutors. The burden of powers and responsibilities of prosecutors allows prosecutors to have procedural decision-making power and substantive disposition power in the plea bargaining process, that is, the procuratorial dominance. In the context of fewer arrests, prudent prosecution and prudent detention, prosecutors have greater discretion over arrest and prosecution during the plea negotiation process, coupled with the high adoption rate of sentencing suggestions in practice, the expansion of prosecutors’ substantive disposition powers, and the procuratorial dominance further highlighted.
