Information manipulation is a new type of securities manipulation crime in which the perpetrator relies on the abuse of information advantage to induce investors to make decisions in order to indirectly influence the securities market. This behavior has some similarities with traditional trading manipulation, but there are still significant differences in the manipulation methods and the infringement of legal interests, and it is necessary to clarify the rules of its judicial application with typical cases. In addition, it is difficult to judge the subjective intent of information manipulation. Due to the complexity of the act, the previous path of subjective intentional determination has been difficult to apply, so it is necessary to try to establish the judicial presumption path of “objective proof of subjective”. It is important but difficult to keep a balance between encourage creation and tolerance of light infringement in the field of UGC. Introducing a new exception for UGC maybe a proper method to keep the balance which may lead uncertainty and lack of protection. On contrary, a future compulsory-licensing approach may play a better role to keep the balance. Compulsory-licensing poor provide right holder a platform to sharing their content and gain profits according to the policy of sharing economy. Besides, it also enables right holder to drop out from this sharing pool when the right holder aims to control the copyright as much as possible. Mui began her singing career as a little girl, giving shows at an amusement park. Known as “Asian Madonna”, she kicked off her career by winning a singing contest in Hong Kong in 1982. Meanwhile, Mui also gained fame as an actress. The exploitation of art derivatives makes it possible to increase the visibility of museums. While promoting traditional Chinese culture and allowing the audience to experience the artistic atmosphere, art derivatives can also bring museums closer to the social public, better reflect and perform the social functions of museums. Only a very small number of museums in China are currently developing art derivatives, and most have no advantage of research and development. Among them, the Palace Museum in Beijing plays a good role as a model in the development, production and sales of art derivatives relative to other museums. In the course of this article, through the analysis of the research and development experiences of the art derivatives of The Palace Museum in Beijing, it summarizes and describes research and development models that are noteworthy for reference and study. In the field of pragmatics, the analysis of speech act constitutes one of the majority of the related research (Austin, 1962). Speech act is significant to research the linguistic phenomena that occur in spoken language, particularly in movies. For this study, it choose the movie Love Actually as the data to investigate one of the speech acts, greeting. Love Actually is British famous romantic comedy, displaying love stories of various characters such as Prime Minister, singer, and writer. Focusing on greeting, the essay will discuss its classification based on Ebsworth et al. It reflects the postwar trauma suffered by human beings as well as their neglect and disregard of culture, revealing westerners’ survival and psychological crisis after World War II. The theme of postwar influence underlies seemingly absurd dialogues in the play. The emptiness and hopelessness embodied by the characters in Endgame are a reflection of westerners’ disillusioned religious belief and psychological trauma. This paper explores the lingering shadow after the Second World War reflected in Endgame: westerners were fully aware of the fragility of human life, and thus felt extreme empty and hopeless; they realized the great lethality of weapons, which led them to overemphasize machinery and technology without valuing the importance of culture. Lack of creative integrity and originality; little aesthetic effect; lack of a modern viewpoint or historical significance. It is clear that there is a “tendency to profit,” and commercialization results in repetition and homogenization. The English songs learning course was made by WIX based on the ADDIE model. When mainland children start to listen English, they may feel intimidated, nervous, and scared, which can hinder students’ further learning. If English songs are used to teach, students can learn while having fun. However, there is a lack of systematic teaching method of how to use songs. Simple utilization in the classroom makes it difficult to achieve the expected results. Data collections by giving online questionnaire in this project were six students of Grade 3rd in Mainland China.
