The purpose of this work is to develop a research methodology to compare the environmental impacts of two industrial refrigerators through life cycle assessment (LCA). The research was stimulated by the need to identify technology solutions that allows high performances, low energy consumption and low environmental impact. Within the study, trough LCA we appraise the impacts long by the whole lifecycle - from cradle to grave - of two typologies of industrial refrigerator having different insulations technologies. Then, we develop a comparative analysis through different LCA assessment methods between two models having different insulations technologies. By analysing the relevant principles of optical flow localisation, aiming at the fact that a single optical flow sensor can not meet the needs of all application scenarios, multiple optical flow sensors are fused through extended Kalman filter, and the system model and observation model of intelligent transportation robot are established at the same time. The optical flow sensor is fixed on the intelligent transportation robot, the two-dimensional coordinates of the intelligent transportation robot are obtained in real time, and the moving path is planned. Firstly, the evaluation index system of manufacturing innovation ability is built. Secondly, the extension analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the evaluation index weight of innovation ability. Finally, the data variables are selected to construct the sample matrix. The original data are standardised, transformed and tested according to the KMO test standard. The evaluation of manufacturing innovation ability is realised by calculating the factor score, and the evaluation model of manufacturing innovation ability is constructed based on the factor analysis method. The experimental results show that the evaluation time of innovation ability of this model is only 8.6 s. The test specimen of low carbon steel plates with 10 mm thickness used as base material for preparing joint using submerged arc welding. The impact and hardness properties are investigated using Charpy impact testing machine and Brinells hardness testing machine. The results obtained for testing shows that welded joint of low carbon steel plate have superior hardness and impact strength than the other methods. The reason for better mechanical properties is due to the presence of finer grains in heat affected zone and fusion zone.
