Firstly, the evaluation index system of manufacturing innovation ability is built. Secondly, the extension analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the evaluation index weight of innovation ability. Finally, the data variables are selected to construct the sample matrix. The original data are standardised, transformed and tested according to the KMO test standard. The evaluation of manufacturing innovation ability is realised by calculating the factor score, and the evaluation model of manufacturing innovation ability is constructed based on the factor analysis method. The experimental results show that the evaluation time of innovation ability of this model is only 8.6 s. 摘要

为了克服创新能力评价模型准确性差的问题,提出了一种基于因子分析的制造业创新能力评价模型。首先,构建了制造业创新能力评价指标体系。其次,采用可拓层次分析法确定创新能力评价指标权重;最后,选取数据变量构建样本矩阵。对原始数据进行标准化、转换,并按照KMO测试标准进行测试。通过计算因子得分实现对制造业创新能力的评价,并基于因子分析法构建制造业创新能力评价模型。实验结果表明,该模型的创新能力评价时间仅为8.6 s。本文评估模型的准确率达到99%,表明该模型的可靠性评估结果较好。
