The combustion mathematical model of circulating fluidised bed boiler is constructed through gas phase combustion model, volatile component analysis model, coke combustion model and radiation model. On this basis, the physical model is established by gambit, and the grid is divided into blocks. The furnace is divided into several parts. Under the inlet boundary conditions, outlet boundary conditions and wall boundary conditions, the temperature field of circulating fluidised bed boiler combustion is numerically simulated. Therefore, a frequency control method of cutting machining based on wavelet transform is proposed. The regulator command signal is used to adjust the phase of the speed regulation controller of the cutting machinery to realise the correction of the mechanical operation signal. The Lagrange method is used to estimate the mechanical vibration state, and the Fourier transform method is used to change the signal. It is concluded that the signal is relatively stable in the period of 0.43 s-0.75 s. The method of wavelet transform is used to control the cutting machining frequency to realise the cutting machining frequency control.
