Raut","doi":"10.1504/ijmtm.2023.133687","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1504/ijmtm.2023.133687","url":null,"abstract":"This paper studies the effects of submerged arc welding (SAW) on impact and hardness properties of the low carbon steel plate's in-line with SAE 1020 grade. The test specimen of low carbon steel plates with 10 mm thickness used as base material for preparing joint using submerged arc welding. The impact and hardness properties are investigated using Charpy impact testing machine and Brinells hardness testing machine. The results obtained for testing shows that welded joint of low carbon steel plate have superior hardness and impact strength than the other methods. The reason for better mechanical properties is due to the presence of finer grains in heat affected zone and fusion zone. The combustion mathematical model of circulating fluidised bed boiler is constructed through gas phase combustion model, volatile component analysis model, coke combustion model and radiation model. On this basis, the physical model is established by gambit, and the grid is divided into blocks. The furnace is divided into several parts. Under the inlet boundary conditions, outlet boundary conditions and wall boundary conditions, the temperature field of circulating fluidised bed boiler combustion is numerically simulated. Therefore, a frequency control method of cutting machining based on wavelet transform is proposed. The regulator command signal is used to adjust the phase of the speed regulation controller of the cutting machinery to realise the correction of the mechanical operation signal. The Lagrange method is used to estimate the mechanical vibration state, and the Fourier transform method is used to change the signal. It is concluded that the signal is relatively stable in the period of 0.43 s-0.75 s. The method of wavelet transform is used to control the cutting machining frequency to realise the cutting machining frequency control.
