Suryaman","doi":"10.23969/jrie.v3i1.47","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23969/jrie.v3i1.47","url":null,"abstract":"Jumlah backlog (Kebutuhan perumahan ) sebanyak 7,6 juta unit angka tersebut akan semakin bertambah sejalan dengan penambahan jumlah keluarga baru dari Generasi Milenial yang setiap tahunnya mengalami pertumbuhan dari sisi kemampuan finansial generasi milenial memiliki potensi untuk memiliki hunian secara pengajuan pembiayaan kepada pihak perbankan. Beberapa tahun belakangan ini pihak perbankan berlomba menarik minat beli KPR untuk segment milenial Pola pendekatan yang sudah dilakukan oleh perbankan nasional pun dengan berbagai cara mulai dari persaingan pada uang muka, Suku Bunga, Plafond kredit, hingga Persyaratan pengajuan. Namun belum juga meningkatkan aksestabilitas milenial terhadap KPR dengan skema pembiayaan khusus pada segmentasi milenial Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisa keseluruhan peneltian ini maka peneliti mengambil suatu benang merah kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Atribut produk , komunikasi pemasaran , lokasi dan minat beli Skema Pembiayaan Milenial menurut persepsi para responden dapat dikatakan baik . Dari keempat variabel tersebut Variabel atribut produk dominan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan variabel lain. Variabel atribut produk secara rata-rata memiliki nilai sebesar 3,21 jika di konversikan kepada interval masuk kedalam kategori cukup baik. Untuk variabel komunikasi pemasaran , variabel tersebut memiliki nilai rata – rata peling kecil yaitu sebesar 2,96 itu artinya bahwa aspek strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam memasarkan Skema Pembiayaan Milenialperlu ditinjau ulang dan lebih di optimalkan. This research uses associative quantitative methods. Data sources are in the form of primary data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation related to this study. Data analysis techniques are used by performing calculations using the SPSS data application version 26. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of income on the welfare of farmer families partially as evidenced by the results of the income variable t test which shows a significance result of 0.042 < 0.05. Whereas in the variable t test of household consumption, a significance result of 0.151 > 0.05 was obtained, thus household consumption did not have a partial influence on the welfare of farmers. ShopeeFood which has just started operating in 2020, is strongly suspected of expanding its competitors that have been operating for a long time in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to further explore the extent to which people's repurchase interest in ShopeeFood is by proving whether the quality of e-service quality, online online customer rating and price selection tendencies price consciousness have an influence on repurchase intention. This research used a purposive sampling method which was limited by several criteria. A sample of 113 respondents was using the formula from hair et al. (2010) with the criteria of having used ShopeeFood at least once, being at least 17 years old, and domiciled in the city of Surakarta, Central Java. Small and Medium Enterprises with wheat bread products are also affected in the form of a decrease in net profit, by reducing their production level. This study aims to analyze the potential of sorghum commodity as an alternative form of transition from wheat commodity. The treatment of updating this research from before is to include the amount of quantity as a form of added value beside increase in net profit income. This research is also expected to provide results of suggestions for improvement, and evaluation of downstream economic research in the business world. Analysis of research with downstream principles and alternatives using sorghum, as a substitute for wheat commodities found in 2022 (October - December) and 2023 (January - March ) shows an increase in achievements in 2023. The data used in this study is secondary panel data containing 26 regencys/cities in West Java Province during 2010 to 2017. Researchers used the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method to identify the model used. The results of the study indicate that government expenditure in the forestry, livestock and food crops sub-sectors as well as direct expenditure components which include goods, services and capital have a positive and significant impact on agricultural productivity. This is indicated by the t-statistic having a greater value than the t-table (p-value <0.05). The regression model also has BLUE criteria, namely homoscedasticity, non-multicollinearity, and normally distributed data. The existence of adequate transportation facilities has supported economic mobility. But in reality not all public transport is reachable to the public. More affordable means of transportation are more in demand by the public. Especially in Indonesia, motorcycles are still a popular transportation that is in demand. This study aims to examine various factors that can affect the demand for motorcycles in major cities, West Java. Researchers observed the coverage area in the big cities of West Java, namely the cities of Bogor, Bandung, and Cirebon. This research uses quantitative research with secondary data sources. The demand for motorcycles as a dependent variable, then the number of population, the price of motorcycles, the interest rate and per capita income as independent variables. The results of this study show that the variables of population number and per capita income have a positive and significant influence on the demand for two-wheeled transportation.
