This qualitative research employs the method of descriptive analysis to expound upon the process of translating the Quranic text from its original Arabic form into other languages. The act of translation is of paramount importance due to the Quran's initial revelation in Arabic, rendering comprehension of its content and message inaccessible to non-Arabic speakers without the aid of translation. The concepts of takwil and tafsir serve to facilitate the interpretation of the Quranic meaning, with the former referring to a meaning that is not explicitly stated in the text, and the latter involving a more in-depth interpretation of the Quranic text, considering its historical and cultural context. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen, a prominent figure, played a key role in connecting Sufi heritage to the United States. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen's teachings have become an important part of Sufism's history in America. He successfully united various perspectives on the relationship between Sufism and Islam, Sufis and Muslims, Sufis and Non-Muslims, as well as Muslims and non-Sufis. This research used a qualitative approach with the ethnography method and analyzed media using the AMS (Siber Media Analysis) technique. The findings reveal that Sufis prioritize the afterlife and strive to control their impulses to avoid harming themselves and others. One potential solution is to use zakat to support public welfare. However, the pandemic's initial phase led to a decrease in the collection of zakat funds. Fortunately, the emergence of FinTech has facilitated an increase in zakat collection. This study examines the payment of zakat through FinTech from the perspective of Islamic Sharia Law. Utilizing scientific literature analysis and Al-Quran studies, the findings suggest that paying zakat through FinTech is not prohibited. The various digital zakat facilities available have the potential to motivate people to pay their zakat to institutions, particularly during the pandemic. To maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of FinTech in increasing the volume of zakat payments, we recommend that three interested parties take certain steps, which will be conveyed later. The government's response was to pass the Sexual Violence Act, in which there is an important role for family participation. So, the aims are: (1) To describe family participation in the Sexual Violence Crime Law and (2) To analyze Family Participation in the Sexual Violence Crime Law based on the perspective of Islamic Law. This research method is qualitatively normative with the study of center. The results there were 6 points of family participation analyzed by Islamic law. The analysis of family participation in article 86 of the Sexual Violence Crime Law from the perspective of Islamic law is sourced from the Qur'an Surat As-Saffat verse 102 and Al-Isra’ verse 32. And also from Bukhari Hadith number 5538 and number 4801. The study uses both qualitative and descriptive statistics methods. To analyze the 275 papers, VOSviewer was used to create bibliometric maps, while NVivo 12 Plus and frequency words were employed to evaluate them. The study found that the number of publications on Islamic communication and da'wah varied annually. The cluster analysis revealed that Islamic communication and da'wah research encompassed dawah communication, Islamic dawah media, Islamic broadcasting, and the movement or development of Islamic dawah communication. In Pamekasan there is a diniyah madrasa called tarbiyatus sibyan by always strengthens character education for its students by strengthening the lessons of moral creeds in theoretical and practical forms. So this will make the students have commendable traits and behaviors. One of the methods used in this study is field qualitative research with the type of case study research. Where researchers carry out 3 data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documentation while the data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. So this study presents the findings of the study; the first result, Strengthening character education through moral academia lessons in the formation, transformation, transmission and development of the potential of the learners. The issue used as an object of the study is the hadith on women’s lack of reason which finding on kuttub al sittah or six primary books on hadith. The hadith is quite tendentious or can be categorized as misogynistic hadith from a gender perspective (feminism), on the contrary, Muslim scholars have provided adequate rebuttals and explanations to this attack. Anyway, this research is limited to isnad criticism only, does not touch on the hadith matan especially on its meaning exploration or debates. Political parties play a strategic role as a liaison between the government process and citizens, so that the birth of new political parties is needed. This study aims to provide a description of the responses of students from SALAFI Islamic boarding schools and modern Islamic boarding schools related to the establishment of new political parties based or based on Islam. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method of hypothesis testing. Based on the comparison between the D value in the table and the calculated D value, the D value is 0.051531. This value is smaller than the D value in the table of 0.315376. This study concludes that the null hypothesis is rejected and accepts the alternative hypothesis which states that the responses given by students from SALAFI Islamic boarding schools are better than the responses given by students from modern Islamic boarding schools regarding the establishment of new Islamic-based political parties. For example, the determination of the 1st of Ramadan. This tradition is very attached to the people of Cikakak Village. In addition, in determining important Islamic days, the Aboge Islamic community only uses the Javanese calendar. The analysis is based on the study of living hadith using a phenomenological approach. There are three important things obtained from this study. First, in determining the 1st of Ramadan, the Aboge Islamic community uses the Javanese calendar with the Aboge calculation system. Second, the Aboge Islamic community is still preserving the traditions of their ancestors, namely establishing the 1st of Ramadan using the Javanese calendar. Including Said bin Umar is a scholar who concentrates on Sufism or tarekat. Therefore, it is essential to explore its interpretation when interpreting Q.S. al-Fatihah, because there could be nuances of the esoteric-Sufistic interpretation carried out by Said bin Umar. This research is a type of library research with the formal object of Tafsir Nurul Ihsan by Said bin Umar, and the material object is the interpretation of Q.S. al Fatihah. The conclusion of this article explains that Said bin Umar internalized his esoteric-Sufistic interpretation when interpreting verse 1 (basmalah) and verse 5 of Surah al-Fatihah.
