Akan tetapi perkembangan tersebut juga memberikan dampak buruk dimana kemudahan tersebut membuat terlalu banyak toko menjual produk yang sama, karena banyak yang menggunakan strategi bisnis ATM yaitu amati, tiru dan modifikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Nyapii, dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan sampel non probability sampling dan teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling, maka sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Nyapii di Jakarta. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 114 responden. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden baik secara online melalui media sosial seperti Facebook, Whatsapp, Line, Instagram dan Telegram, maupun secara offline melalui scan barcode kepada pelanggan yang mengunjungi outlet Nyapii secara langsung. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan smartPLS dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kemudian kepuasan pelanggan dapat memediasi pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, akan tetapi promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. \u0000  \u0000 \u0000The culinary world has developed even more broadly due to increasingly sophisticated technological developments, where currently only the internet and gadgets are needed to be able to set up a shop. However, this development also has an adverse impact where this convenience makes too many stores sell the same product, because many use ATM business strategies, namely observe, imitate and modify. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of promotion and product quality on customer loyalty either directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction. The population in this study were Nyappii customers, by using the non probability sampling technique and the purposive sampling technique, the samples used in this study were Nyappii customers in Jakarta. The sample size used was 114 respondents. Data was obtained using a questionnaire which was distributed to respondents both online via social media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Line, Instagram and Telegram, or offline by scanning barcode to customers who visit Nyappii outlets in person. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara dengan total 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner google form yang disebarkan secara daring. Data dipilih menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik sampel simple random sampling. Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0.8.3. Hasil studi mengemukakan bahwa pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap niat berwirausaha yaitu secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil studi juga mengemukakan bahwa motivasi berwirausaha mampu memediasi hubungan antara ekspektasi pendapatan dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha. \u0000  \u0000 \u0000This study purpose was to analyze the effect of income expectation and entrepreneurship education through entrepreneurship motivation on students’ entrepreneurship intention at Tarumanagara University. The samples in this study were 100 Students of The Faculty of Economics and Business Tarumanagara University. The samples were collected using a google form questionnaire that was distributed online. The data were selected using the probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with smartPLS 4.0.8.3 software. The results of the study show that the effect of income expectation, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship motivation on entrepreneurship intention is positive and significant. Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan 46 orang karyawan yang dijadikan responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala ordinal secara langsung di lapangan. Program yang akan digunakan untuk mengelola data yang telah dikumpulkan dan diterima adalah SmartPLS 4 serta metode yang digunakan untuk mengelola data adalah partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan jam kerja  berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. \u0000  \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine how influence of motivation, workload, and working hours on the performance of employees from PT. Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management. This research used non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique to determine 46 employees who were used as respondents. The method used is a quantitative research method and the data collection method used is distributing questionnaires with an ordinal scale directly in the field. The program that will be used to manage the data that has been collected and received is SmartPLS 4 and the method used to manage the data is partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The type of research design used in this study is a descriptive research design. The sampling technique was carried out by means of purposive sampling and the number of samples studied was 100 respondents who are GrabFood users in Jakarta. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were distributed online with the Google form. The data analysis technique uses the partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method and the SmartPLS version 4 program. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dan teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 responden mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Jawa Barat dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) locus of control memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior pada mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Jawa Barat, (2) financial self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior pada mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Jawa Barat. \u0000  \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior in college students. The research design used a descriptive research method which was processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS Version 3.2.9 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling and the sample selection technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 92 student respondents who live in West Java and data collection used a questionnaire through the Google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan di daerah Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diolah dengan bantuan Software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini penelitian ini menunjukan Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja karyawan di PT. Pemindo Multi Sukses Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan di daerah Jakarta untuk memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawannya melalui kepemimpinan dan motivasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling karena pengambilan sampel terbatas pada karakteristik tertentu sesuai dengan informasi yang diinginkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa universitas swasta di Jakarta Barat. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 160 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 2) Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap efikasi diri, 3) Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi, 4) Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 5) Motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 6) Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh dalam memediasi pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan intensi berwirausaha, 7) Motivasi memiliki pengaruh dalam memediasi pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan intensi berwirausaha. \u0000  \u0000 \u0000Based on the existing economic conditions and challenges to be able to contribute to the country's economic recovery, the solution that can be given is to create a new business. Therefore, the intention in entrepreneurship among students must be increased to overcome the limitations of new jobs. All of the factors that affect a person's intention in entrepreneurship are often found in students currently pursuing undergraduate education and planning future career paths when they graduate. This study aimed to test whether entrepreneurship education influences entrepreneurial intentions, which are mediated by self-efficacy and motivation in private university students in West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique because this sampling is limited to specific characteristics according to the desired information. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire in the form of a google form distributed to private university students in West Jakarta. Jumlah responden untuk penelitian adalah populasi pegawai PT Maxiar Indosurya sebanyak 60 orang. kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS. Dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. \u0000  \u0000 \u0000This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on work motivation, and the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire with a 5-point interval scale. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM di Jakarta Barat. \u0000  \u0000 \u0000MSME business performance contributes greatly to Indonesia's macroeconomic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on MSME business performance in West Jakarta. This study uses the SmartPLS 4.0 program to process data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. The number of sample respondents taken for the study were 64 MSME business owners located in West Jakarta, with the study population being MSME business owners in West Jakarta.
