Tunas Toyota di Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 103 responden. Kriteria sampel yaitu karyawan dengan usia 21-25 tahun dan memiliki masa kerja kurang dari satu tahun. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja tidak positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. \n \n \nThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction of PT. Tunas Toyota employees in West Jakarta. Sampling used is non probability sampling, with purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents was 103 respondents. The sample criteria are employees aged 21-25 years and have worked for less than one year. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLS software version 3.3.3.
