As the main reactive compensation devices at present, synchronous phase modulator, static var compensator and static synchronous compensator have important influence on increasing the strength of weak AC system at the sending end and improving the ability of system fault recovery. At present, the existing research mainly focuses on the HVDC system receiving-end power grid. In this paper, the dynamic reactive power compensation, fault recovery and voltage stability of HVDC transmission system with weak transmission terminal are analyzed by three kinds of reactive power compensation devices. In the receiving-end power system, there exists key sections with significant impacts on outer-power receiving. Indices to precisely recognize these sections and strategies to enhance power-receiving abilities for these sections are proposed in the following. Technical requirements to optimized and coordinated develop all voltage levels of transmission grids in the high-proportion receiving-end power system are put forward according to the above analysis, and will be applied to plan future Jiangsu transmission power system. The PRPD spectrum of EPDM samples in different aging states were obtained through experiments, and 19 characteristic parameters were extracted from the partial discharge spectra. In this paper, 19 characteristic parameters were reduced by using principal component analysis method, 10 feature parameters obtained after dimension reduction and 19 feature parameters without dimension reduction are used as inputs of the neural network respectively. The results show that for standard BP algorithm, additional momentum algorithm and variable learning rate algorithm, the training times and convergence time of the non-dimension reduction network are obviously more than that of the dimension reduction network, while for conjugate gradient algorithm and L-M optimization algorithm, the convergence time of the non-dimension reduction network is obviously more than that of the dimension reduction network. At first, the circulation conditions of the internal energy of the gas turbine are analyzed through the thermodynamic structure of the gas turbine. Then, a ring structure is added to enhance the operability of the fuel supply system. Furthermore, a SCADA monitoring and control system for energy cycle are designed based on their unique system architecture. The parameters of a power signal containing inter harmonics, sub harmonics and high order harmonics are estimated using the VCLMS algorithm and the results are compared with Least Mean Square (LMS) and Normalized Least Mean Square (NLMS) algorithms for judging the comparative performance of VCLMS in presence of white Gaussian noise with a signal to noise ratio of 20dB, 30dB and 40dB. Consequently, the proposed algorithm shows faster convergence, smaller mean square error and steady state error with a slightly higher computational time as compared to the other two algorithms. Firstly, to evaluate the precision, low-frequency equivalent circuit of the single linear current path is established and the strict output current equation is derived accordingly. Sensitivity analysis is also conducted to identify how much variations in the values for each parameter will impact the results for the output current. Secondly, to evaluate the stability, high-frequency equivalent circuit is established at the same time and compensation network is composed consequently. A RL parallel damping filter is also added to improve the performance of PSRR of the linear unit. Finally, computer simulations results are shown close agreement between modelled estimates and simulated values.
