The measurement of signal parameters is based on the complex analysis of signal temporal sample and two sequences of spectrograms with different resolution. The base element of the spectrogram shaper is an acousto-optical deflector. The analyser measures temporal, frequency parameters and pulse modulation parameters of the signal and stores the results in a specified data log. An amplifier where the third order IM distortion has been reduced is proposed, If two signals at different carrier frequencies are incident at the input of an amplifier, due to the nonlinearity, these signals will interact with each other and the output will contain additional signals at all combinations of sum and difference of these frequencies, which are IM products. The injection of the second harmonics of the two inputs in the amplifier together with the fundamental signals will produce additional IM products at the output. By proper selection of phase and amplitude of the injected second harmonics, it is possible to make the third order IM products produced by the second harmonics and the original third order IM products out of phase and equal in amplitude. As a result third order IM products will be eliminated, in principle. Such pulse was generated by an electron beam of the accelerator \"Temp-A\" with energy 0.6 MeV, current 4 kA, and time duration 40 nsec falling to rod antenna of 3 m length. The output power was 100 MW. The samples were placed perpendicular to the antenna at 30 cm distance from its center. The free-radical state in the system \"hepatocite+hypochlorite\" has been investigated using the quantum-metrical set with photo-electronic amplifier FEU-140 in a thermostat box at 37/spl deg/C. The appearance of radical fragments in this system was registered by means of 630 nm spectral line of generated single oxygen. The estimation of the cell viability before and after irradiation was performed using the method of supravital staining by methylene dark blue. It was shown that the influence of video-pulse treatment decreases the percentage of the viability of the hepatocites and activates the free-radical processes and correspondingly enhances the single oxygen generation.
