A low-noise low-offset charge integrator is proposed to improve performance of the system. Correlated double sampling, closed-loop operational mode and PID controller are employed in this circuit to minimize the noise, offset and improve stability of the system. Meanwhile, by adding self-test circuit, it improves the reliability of the system. The AISC is fabricated in 0.5μm two-poly two-metal CMOS process, it operates under ± 5V supply with a power dissipation of 40mW. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of low-carbon cities as well as the investigative status of low-carbon cities both at home and abroad, and then it puts forward the construction principles of evaluation indices system for low-carbon cities, setting up a set of synthetic evaluation indices system of low-carbon cities involved in four areas include eco-environmental quality of cities, development of economy and society, management systems of cities and construction of primary infrastructure. Finally, it verifies the indices system by taking Shanghai as an example. A special convertor is applied for the transformation of the opto-electrical signal, in order to alter the IEEE1394 interface to the interface of a single-mode optical fiber. This technique makes the long range data acquisition available by real time collecting, transmission, data analysis and so on. The efficiency of the solar power generation system is determined by inverter, and the design of high frequency transformer is an important part in the inverter. In high-frequency fly-back transformer, leakage is a key parameter affecting energy consumption. The cooperative control architecture is composed with the steering controller and the braking controller. Based on the yaw moment and the front wheel angle controllers, the vehicle steering controller is designed to improve the respond and stability of the vehicle. On the same time, the anti-lock brake control system is designed. To reduce the difficulty in determining the compensation control law of commonly used cross the steering system and the braking system, a new cooperative error is defined firstly and a new cooperative error model of the vehicles is developed. Then a new practical cooperative control law based on the system stability and the optimal index is devised. It is quite feasible because of its analytical form. The brake force distribution policy applicable to the complex work condition is presented. Using (t, n)-threshold and steganography could realize the aims mentioned above. This article revised the wrong points in [13] and improved it. The new scheme utilized (t, n)-threshold to share the secret image and embedded the produced n shadows into different cover images, any t out of n shadows can reveal the original secret image, and the cover images could be reconstructed with limited distortion. In the simulation of a Driver-Vehicle-Environment system, a driver model is essential to correct the steering wheel angle input in right time based on the road conditions. In this paper, a new driver model is introduced. Firstly, a real-time algorithm based on dynamic parameters of vehicle body is established to estimate body posture in the next moment. Secondly, body posture is compared with the target trajectory to acquire the deviation quantity. Then, a correction of angle at the steering wheel is obtained. In Matlab simulink also a model of steering system is built up in this paper, for the purpose to simulate the steering force in steering control, which can be further extended in power steering simulation and active steering. With filter bank, the signal was decomposed as spectral components belong to different subbands, for each spectral component, divided it as different time segment signal in time domain and combined different time segment signal which belongs to different subbands according to time continuity, the independent major components of the signal were formed. The Wigner-Ville distribution of the multi-components signal was calculated, the Wigner-Ville distribution of the independent major components were superimposed as the time frequency distribution of multi-components signal.
