With filter bank, the signal was decomposed as spectral components belong to different subbands, for each spectral component, divided it as different time segment signal in time domain and combined different time segment signal which belongs to different subbands according to time continuity, the independent major components of the signal were formed. The Wigner-Ville distribution of the multi-components signal was calculated, the Wigner-Ville distribution of the independent major components were superimposed as the time frequency distribution of multi-components signal.
