The displacement influence line used in the evaluation is calculated using the findings of the behavior analysis of the reinforced concrete beam’s finite element model when subjected to a moving load. SAP2000 software is used to simulate reinforced concrete beams. The mobile load is then assigned to move along the beam from its starting position to its ending position. For each mobile load example, the displacement at each survey node will be output to draw the influence line. The displacement analysis of the beams is compared before and after assuming damage for each mobile load instance in order to determine the location of the stiffness drop. From then, the findings of beam damage diagnosis are reviewed and evaluated, as well as the methods’ practicality in real implementations.","PeriodicalId":385957,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126752026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The vehicle model with three DOFs exposed to random road profiles was employed to investigate the dynamic responses for both two cases of linear symmetric and two-stage asymmetric dampers. The investigation was carried out in the time domain by simulation, then the root-mean-square of oscillatory parameters was calculated and examined by using a program made in the MATLAB software. The results of the analysis show that a two-stage asymmetric damper ensures good oscillatory comfort of the driver but provides less handling stability of the bus when compared to a linear symmetric one.","PeriodicalId":385957,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133119838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was to classify the tumor examine the occurrence of cancers in dogs reported at the Ho Chi Minh Veterinary Clinic by integrating blood physiological and histopathological of patient samples. In this study, the percentage of tissue sarcoma in the dog was 1.5%. Histopathological analysis characteristics of the ear lobe tumors displayed a strong proliferation of rhabdoid cells, presence of leukocytes infiltrating around blood vessels, and vaginal tumors showed normal tumor cell density with a strong collagen fibers formation in fibroblast cells and no strong proliferation and ferocity of cells. In particular, immuno-histopathological analysis of biopsies sample from breast tumor showed an overexpressing of vimentin marker (68.1%) in cells which indicated status of malignant metastasis. The metastatic tumor cells in breast tumor might cause the change in blood biochemical parameters together with sepsis, thus the dog was not eligible for surgery. In general, histological examination and expression levels of markers can help determine the malignant status of tumors in dogs and should be included medical examination to limit local recurrence following surgical resection.","PeriodicalId":385957,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121330093","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, cloned bovine embryos often resulted in poor development, thus reducing the success of producing cloned offspring. One of the reasons is based on culture medium, which directly relates to the development of cloned bovine embryos. This study aimed to establish culture medium changing system to improve the efficiency of bovine somatic cell nuclear transfer protocol. Our results showed that using the culture medium of Takahashi and First 1992 produced the cloned bovine blastocyst at the highest rate (9.4%, P < 0.05) among different modified synthetic oviduct fluid (mSOF) media. In addition, the rate of embryos developed to the hatching blastocyst was highest in the culture group within transfer embryos to the fresh medium with 5% FBS on day 3 and day 5 (18.5%) compared to the other treatments. Finally, we found that cloned embryos in the group of partial replacement presented significantly higher blastocyst formation rate and quality compared to the group of full replacement (27.6% and 15.6%, respectively, P < 0.05), and it also showed the highest number of cells in blastocyst (about 116 cells). In conclusion, using mSOF and changing the fresh medium supplemented with 5% FBS on day 3 following partial replacement on day 5 improved the preimplantation development of cloned bovine embryos and promoted the blastocyst quality.","PeriodicalId":385957,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127300817","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

THg concentration was seasonally analysed in the biota and surface sediments from Setiu lagoon, Terengganu, Malaysia. THg in sediments showed spatially the similar trend with higher concentrations in dry season compared to the rainy season, whereas most of the biota was found the opposite trend between seasons. Increased rainfall during the rainy season may be the main factor enhancing the bioavailability of THg to biota. Fishes are recorded the highest THg accumulation compared to other groups. However, the THg accumulation in carnivorous fishes suggests the need for a long-term THg monitoring programme in the mangrove lagoon.","PeriodicalId":385957,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125411209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of the current work relies on finding out a suitable biodiesel blend and improving the diesel engine characteristics by means of additives. The current study discusses about the optimization of the diesel engine characteristics employing cotton seed biodiesel (CSOME) blends. CSOME 20 was found to give the better engine characteristics. Also the engine characteristics were optimized with the addition of diglyme at proportions of 10 and 15% to CSOME20. Along with further optimization was done with varying injection pressure values. It was observed that CSOME DGM 15 reduced the smoke and carbon monoxide emissions with rise in Nitrogen Oxides. BTE was recorded to be highest at 220 bar. Smoke and hydrocarbon were found to be minimum at 220 bar with maximum NOx emissions.","PeriodicalId":385957,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122519725","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Exploration on twisting motion of the specimen building is presented in this paper, addressing global rotational responses in various increasing excitation levels. Study results show that the torsion movement of the building is mainly due to story mass eccentricity. On the other hand, the shaking-table also causes considerable influence on the building twisting response. System identification and mode superposition of response translational acceleration at floor mass centers are carried out. Some justifications for stiffness of non-structural are also presented, through which we can get a more precise basis to determine stiffness contribution of each component.","PeriodicalId":385957,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116481768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
