Adherence to these processes and procedures will ensure that accurate doses are delivered for planned exposures. To improve safety and prevent accidental exposures, it is advisable to introduce into the daily work of all personnel involved in the radiation therapy process, a system for tracking and recording any inconsistencies with the planned radiation therapy process. Identifying and tracking incidents increases safety and improves the quality of care.","PeriodicalId":385455,"journal":{"name":"SAKHAROV READINGS 2021: ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF THE XXI CENTURY Part 2","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133216097","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found that the presence of the total form of phosphorus in soil, water and bottom sediments differs significantly in different months, and the mobile form, on the contrary, is the same. It indicates a significant mobility of mobile forms of phosphorus in the “soil-water-bottom” sediments system. It was found that in spring most of the total phosphorus is in the soil, and in summer and until the beginning of autumn, its share in bottom sediments increases. It was revealed that the content of phosphates in the studied hydroecosystem is determined by their migration in the “soil-water-bottom” sediments system and has a seasonal character.","PeriodicalId":385455,"journal":{"name":"SAKHAROV READINGS 2021: ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF THE XXI CENTURY Part 2","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128458841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem was solved by constructing a regression equation approximating the dependence of the concentration of ground-level ozone on meteorological conditions and ozone precursors. The presence of sulfur dioxide in urban air leads to a decrease in the concentration of ground-level ozone due to the binding of nitrogen dioxide. It is the photolysis of the latter that is the source of atomic oxygen and the subsequent generation of ozone.","PeriodicalId":385455,"journal":{"name":"SAKHAROV READINGS 2021: ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF THE XXI CENTURY Part 2","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129637474","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The normalized and non-normalized sources of emissions are distinguished separately. Using the methods of genetic engineering, it is possible to construct new forms of microorganisms that can synthesize a variety of substances, including enzymes. Xanthosine phosphorylase is the second purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP-II) in E. coli. This enzyme performs both reactions of phosphorolysis and the synthesis of purine deoxy / ribonucleosides. Due to this ability, xanthosine phosphorylase can catalyze the reaction of the formation of nicotinamide riboside. This substance is a precursor of the most important coenzyme NAD+ in the body, which plays a key role in the aging process. As a result of the study, a new strain of E. coli pET42a-xapA was constructed. This strain produces the protein xanthosine phosphorylase.","PeriodicalId":385455,"journal":{"name":"SAKHAROV READINGS 2021: ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF THE XXI CENTURY Part 2","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116778644","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The risks of acquiring technogenic microelementosis by the population are possible as a result of the increased content of Pb, Cu, Sn, Cr, Co in the soil, Ni, Sn, Zr, Cr, Cu, Co in the production of meadow and agrophytocenoses, Fe and Mn in the water. More than 40 % of children consume tap water without preliminary preparation, 4 % of families periodically use water from wells.
