Overseas background and financial background play a moderating role in the effect of executives' monetary compensation and their shareholding ratio on corporate performance. \u0000Conclusion: The fact that executives' salaries and shareholding both have a significant positive impact on business performance demonstrates the effectiveness of pay incentives and equity-based incentive. The research additionally demonstrates that an executive's financial knowledge and experience in other countries alter the impact of cash and equity pay on company performance. \u0000Research Limitations/Implications: The research excludes a large number of key energy businesses, especially rising ones in the clean energy sector, as it solely targets publicly traded businesses for ease of data collection. \u0000Practical Implications: The survey results help to further understand the key factors of compensation incentives for managers in energy companies and are informative for the effectiveness of compensation incentives in energy companies. \u0000Contribution to Literature: This study provides empirical results on the impact of managerial compensation on firm performance in energy firms in the Chinese context, adding a new step to the existing literature. \u0000

The current development of the ever-changing education system makes the roles and responsibilities of teachers increasingly challenging. This requires a person to have an element of resilience to become a teacher who is responsible for guiding students and colleagues to achieve school goals. The aim of this study was to examine the influence of resilience (tenacity and competence, trusting in one’s instinct and tolerance of negative affect, acceptance of change and secure relationships, control, and spirituality) on authentic leadership among novice teachers, particularly in North Malaysia. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a quantitative approach through questionnaires such as The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ), involving a total of 229 novice teachers in the northern zone of Peninsular Malaysia as respondents. The data was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 28 and Structural Equation Model-Part Least Square, SmartPLS 4 software. \u0000Findings: The findings showed that accepting change, spirituality, tenacity, and competence constructs have a significant and positive impact on authentic leadership. \u0000Conclusion: Resilience is a skill that teachers should have when influencing students and colleagues. \u0000Research Limitation: The data found in this study were based on questionnaires. The results of the information and findings of the study were limited as they depended on the honesty and willingness of the respondents to answer the questionnaire. \u0000Practical Implication: Spirituality in the workplace is among the key elements in achieving the organization's goals. Spirituality can help teachers have peace of mind when handling conflict. Teachers have to prepare physically and mentally to cope with the changes in organization because they are role models for colleagues and students. \u0000Contribution to Literature: This study contributes to the existing literature by demonstrating that resilience constructs have an influence on authentic leadership among novice teachers. \u0000

The descriptive analytical design was used using a questionnaire consisting of (32) items. \u0000Findings: The level of language skills among students with mental disabilities was low. Statistically significant differences were found in light of the disability's degree in all domains and the total score in favour of moderate mental disabilities, while no statistically significant differences were found in light of gender. \u0000Conclusion: The language skills topic for students with mental disabilities is one of the most important topics among specialists in special education. Thus, the primary issue with this research revolves around the level of language skills among students with mental disabilities at Ajloun governorate. The study found that the mean score for the level of language skills among students with mental disabilities was 0.37, with a low level. So, it is recommended to concentrate the efforts of educators, parents, and officials to increase the interest in this group of students, and to provide all material, moral, and training means to develop their social skills in order to become better. \u0000Practical Implications: The importance of this study stems from the fact that it sheds light on the level of language skills among students with mental disabilities, which in turn will affect the process of providing different programs for students with mental disabilities, especially those related to developing their language skills. The study complements the previous researchers' work on the language skills of students with mental disabilities; it could be a starting point to address the topic from other aspects and with multiple variables. \u0000

The subjects were divided into two groups based on the zinc serum level (≤67.5 µg/dl and >67.5 µg/dl). The cut-off was determined by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC).\u0000Findings: There were 35 subjects in the group with zinc serum level ≤67.5 µg/dl and 34 subjects in the group with zinc serum level >67.5 µg/dl. Neonates with zinc serum level over the cut-off significantly had a higher birth weight (p=0.038), lower incidence of prematurity (p=0. 02, OR 0.21; 95%CI: (0.05-0.84)), lower incidence of anemia (p=0.001, 95%CI: 0.1(0.012-.89)), neonatal jaundice (p=0.02, OR 0.3; 95%CI: 0.1-0.85), and neonatal infections (p=0.000 OR 0.008; 95%CI: 0.001-0.067).\u0000Conclusion: The zinc serum level of the blood cord is strongly associated with the general health status and outcomes of the newborn. It is also associated with the general health of neonates, birth weight, prematurity, the incidence of infection, jaundice, anemia of newborns, and the need for NICU during the treatment.\u0000Limitations: A relatively short period of observation and a small number of subjects due to the limitation of resources.\u0000Practical Implications: propose the importance of zinc intake in pregnancy as it strongly implicates the general health status and outcomes of neonates.\u0000Contribution to Literature: This study provides a cut-off value with significant results and encourages further investigation to determine the need and effects of early zinc supplementation.

Specifically, the study investigates the headteachers' perceptions of teacher-spent time (TST) in teaching and its implementation status in school-level education in Nepal. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: It is based on the qualitative descriptive survey research design. It was carried out with ten community school headteachers of the Ilam district as the sample. Six of them belonged to three rural municipal areas, and four were from two municipal areas. The sample for the study was drawn purposively. A semi-structured interview was used to collect the data from the headteachers as the respondents, and the data was analyzed by applying the thematic analysis technique under five themes. \u0000Findings: The result indicates that the disparity among the schools in terms of physical conditions and resources resulted in workload management problems, challenges with TST implementation, and weak supervision. \u0000Conclusion: It was concluded that the promotion of teacher awareness about their profession was necessary for effective TST implementation and the overall development of quality education. \u0000Limitations and Implications: The study uses only one variable-headteachers' perceptions of TST and a small sample that may affect the generalizability of the result. So, it is suggested that a further study be conducted covering various dimensions of TST. \u0000Practical Implications: Despite these limitations, the study has a number of practical implications for the Nepalese education policy and practice as well as other contexts with a comparable set of circumstances. These include improving school leadership, enhancing teacher preparation, and addressing resource shortages to improve student learning outcomes. \u0000Contribution to Literature: The study can contribute to the literature on education by highlighting the perspectives of head teachers and providing insights into effective strategies for optimizing the amount of time spent on teaching and learning.

The Province of West Nusa Tenggara is ranked fourth in Indonesia due to the increasing transmission of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and HIV/AIDS among migrant workers from Lombok. The main factor causing the high number of Indonesian workers going abroad is the economic factor. This sending of workers has a negative impact on their return to the district, for example the spread of HIV/AIDS and STDs. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach to understand the behavior, views and attitudes of migrant workers towards government policies and the risk of HIV/AIDS transmission. Determination of informants in this study using a purposive sampling technique. \u0000Finding: The results of this study explain the risk of HIV/AIDS transmission and the lack of information about transmitting HIV/AIDS among migrant workers. \u0000Conclusion: Migrant workers are marginalized and lack sufficient knowledge about HIV/AIDS transmission and its prevention. Their perception of risk is generally low, services and access to information about HIV/AIDS and its impacts are limited and there are cultural misunderstandings and the high cost of treatment for foreigners among illegal migrant workers. \u0000Research Limitations: The study’s focus is limited to the East Lombok District. Other provinces have not been addressed. \u0000Practical Implications: The results of this study can be used as a reference for local governments to make or reformulate health policies. \u0000Contribution to Literature: This case can be used as a reference for developing health policies especially for Indonesian migrants.
