This descriptive research was conducted at the research site in March 2020 by employing 39 participants as the sample utilizing proportionate stratified random sampling. The findings indicated that the paddy farmer’s role was functional in both the learning activity and the cooperative aspect, with percentages of 53.85 % and 56.41%, respectively. Meanwhile, the aspect of funds in farmer groups was poor at 69.23% percentage, which showed that the level of farmer’s self-awareness is deficient. Further, the function of farmer groups in Poowo Village is included in the medium category with a percentage value of 66.67%, which means that the function of farmer groups is included in the good category. This shows that the role of farmer groups in the funds’ aspect must be increased by obtaining funds from the group or utilizing government funds through cooperation with the funds’ provider. This research was conducted in Gorontalo Regency from November to December. The number of samples in this study found 65 people, the sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with Pruposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is correlation analysis and path analysis, processed with SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between motivation and work culture with the performance of agricultural instructors in Gorontalo Regency by using correlation analysis together obtained R square of 23.1% and other factors of 76.9% and the influence of motivation and work culture on performance Extension workers using path analysis together, motivation and work culture have an effect on performance of 68%, each effect on performance is 21% and the influence of work culture on influence is 47%. The research methods used are interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis to determine rice production and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to determine the use of lowland rice production factors using the Cobb-Doglas formula. The results showed that 1) the total production of lowland rice in Bintauna District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency was 493,745 kg or the average per farmer was 6,171 kg/farmer/planting season, or 5,016 kg/ha/planting season. 2) The results of multiple linear regression analysis simultaneously obtained that the variables of land area, seeds, fertilizers, labor had a significant effect on the dependent variable of rice production (Y). Partially, the variables of land area, seeds, fertilizers have a significant effect on rice production, and the labor variable has no significant effect on rice production. This research was conducted in Tilongkabila District. This research was conducted in Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency from November to December 2021, The type of research used was a survey with a sample of 14 agricultural extension workers using purposive sampling technique and 41 farmers with a sampling technique using the slovin formula. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis. This research was conducted in Tomilito District, North Gorontalo Regency from August to October 2021 with a sample of 35 farmers. The research method is a survey based on primary data with a sample of 35 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the village sampling method using the Stratifed Random Sampling method and the farmer sampling method using the Purpose Samplig method. The analytical method used is Revenue Analysis and Marketing Channel Analysis. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Corn farming income in Tomilito Subdistrict, North Gorontalo Regency with a total sample of 18 villages and 17 samples.
