The results of this study indicate that the relationship between motivation and work culture with the performance of agricultural instructors in Gorontalo Regency by using correlation analysis together obtained R square of 23.1% and other factors of 76.9% and the influence of motivation and work culture on performance Extension workers using path analysis together, motivation and work culture have an effect on performance of 68%, each effect on performance is 21% and the influence of work culture on influence is 47%. Abstract

动机与工作文化与戈隆塔洛区农业推广人员的关系
