This research was conducted in Gorontalo Regency from November to December. The number of samples in this study found 65 people, the sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with Pruposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is correlation analysis and path analysis, processed with SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between motivation and work culture with the performance of agricultural instructors in Gorontalo Regency by using correlation analysis together obtained R square of 23.1% and other factors of 76.9% and the influence of motivation and work culture on performance Extension workers using path analysis together, motivation and work culture have an effect on performance of 68%, each effect on performance is 21% and the influence of work culture on influence is 47%.
