The objective of sentiment analysis is to identify and categorize the positive and negative sentiment expressed in a piece of text. Consumers can submit reviews with a specified rating on e-commerce websites like Amazon.com. As a result, in our paper, we sought to construct sentiment analysis related to product ratings and text reviews utilizing Amazon's dataset. Linear Support Vector Ma-chine, Random Forest, Multinomial Naive Bayes, Bernoulli Naive Bayes, and Logistic Regression were among the machine learning algorithms used. We acquired accuracy with the Random Forest classifier (91.90%). We also use RNN with LSTM as a deep learning approach in our paper and got maximum accuracy (97.52%). For our model RNN-LSTM is ideal approach.","PeriodicalId":383872,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Advancement in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ICAEEE)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116944300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To protect them from extinction, they require a computer vision process to classify fish species and find the endangered ones. Much research is done on this topic and much more is going on. This study aimed to find a feasible process for detecting and classifying Bangladeshi fish species using image processing methods. The detection step works with the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) descriptor and various classifiers to differentiate between fish class and non-fish class. Four different classifiers: Support Vector Machines (SVM), Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Naïve Bayes classifier were attempted. A classification process using Color Co-occurrence Matrix (CCM) texture descriptor and SVM classifier is used to classify fish species. Some statistical properties such as contrast, dissimilarity, correlation were employed to constitute the feature vector from CCM. From experimentation, it was found that HOG with SVM offers a promising accuracy in the fish detection phase. Also in the classification stage, extracted statistical CCM features with an SVM classifier show a practically useful accuracy. This detection and classification process is a way to save those endangered fish species.","PeriodicalId":383872,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Advancement in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ICAEEE)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121415520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm is known for its feasibility in analysing and learning from longer ranges of sequential data than recurrent neural networks (RNNs). This work has applied a novel LSTM model design on an EEG dataset which is larger than a reference work. The model in this work has achieved an accuracy of 83% on a dataset of 14 subjects using randomly shuffled tenfold cross validation. Whereas in reference work accuracy of individual subjects were considered. The test accuracy of the data was found to be higher for a training process due to application of dropout layers after LSTM layers. The implementation was realized using Tensorflow version 2.7.0 on a dataset contributed to Physionet which was of BCI2000 standard. Sampling frequency of the EEG signal was 160 Hz and the duration of epoch of the signal is 4 seconds. The N-gram model is familiar and considered the handiest and most computationally cost-effective model for text processing. Additionally, higher N-gram models, especially the 5-gram ones, give the best text prediction. Interestingly, these better prediction results were obtained only on the training dataset. In contrast, the highest N-gram model imploded badly on the evaluation dataset. This paper proposes an approach where the N-gram model, especially the bi-gram model, and the fine tuning with Laplace Smoothing, provide the best prediction results at the evaluation stage.","PeriodicalId":383872,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Advancement in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ICAEEE)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125654171","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Almost every single modern computer now has a CPU with several cores, which provides additional computing capacity. Moreover, parallel execution is critical in the new age of big data to enhance performance to a reasonable threshold. Indeed, parallelization brings with it additional issues that must be tack-led. However, parallel algorithms are studied and contrasted in comparison to their consecutive equivalents. In our paper, we look at sorting the unsorted numbers in distributed systems. Multi-threaded methods and performance, along with the difficulty of defining time, affect speed as well. Following that, an experiment was conducted in which a set of algorithms was implemented as well as the data was gathered through benchmarking and testing. To establish the validity of parallelization, the data were inspected and analyzed with its associated source code. A review was carried out in order to obtain a better idea of the scope of sorting algorithms and parallel computing. In this paper, a multi-sorting threading algorithm approach has been conducted based on previous work. The primary idea behind the algorithm is simple as well as Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs) approach has been used.","PeriodicalId":383872,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Advancement in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ICAEEE)","volume":"283 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131966012","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To precise individuals with diabetes have specifically high levels of insulin in their blood, which could make for extra fertile grounds for cancer progression. The insulin injections intended at treating diabetes may also be influencing the hazard of cancers. To discourse these issues, we studied the computable frameworks to address the associations of diabetes and cancer datasets to identify the relationship between them. Diabetes is associated with cancers by sharing 22, 24, 15, and 25 DEGs with liver cancer, lung cancer, uterine cancer, and colon cancer respectively. Commonly DEGs, diseasome networks, pathways, ontological analysis indicate the suggestive relationship between diabetes with cancers. We investigated the datasets of transcript analyses made using microarray studies of diabetics and comorbidities as cancers, including datasets from liver, uterine, lung, and colon cancer. We erected diseasome networks and identified significant pathways, ontologies, and PPI sub-networks. This analysis validates the associations between diabetes on cancer progression and would be helpful to develop therapeutic strategies and comorbidities prediction.","PeriodicalId":383872,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Advancement in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ICAEEE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130264154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

LDL cholesterol is an important factor in hemodynamics and medical domain is thriving to get better sight of LDL and hemodynamics interaction to deal with numerous cardiovascular diseases. CAD modelled aorta, pulsatile blood flow, Newtonian and non-Newtonian models, convection-diffusion for LDL transport are the key tools for this study. Different published literatures considered blood as either Newtonian fluid or non-Newtonian fluid. However, both assumption is considered separately. COMSOL aided simulation yields an effective intuition about the assessment of blood velocity, its gradient and WSS for varying LDL concentration. As cholesterol concentration increased, velocity gradient adjacent to the aortic wall is found greater than the gradient in the center of aorta. Therefore, wall shear stress rises for higher concentration of LDL cholesterol. For both Newtonian and non-Newtonian models' data plots are found in similar patterns except their magnitudes. Cholesterol imbalance initiates atherosclerosis and therefore the study exhibits the potential contribution of cholesterol in wall shear stress, which is a predictor of atherosclerosis.","PeriodicalId":383872,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Advancement in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ICAEEE)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115099382","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
