The overall model evaluates the application capability of information design from five dimensions: information management and control, technical operation, organization and management, comprehensive benefits, and potential innovation. The research results show that the two dimensions of information and technology have a more significant impact on the overall evaluation. This paper studies the physical properties, mechanical properties and drying shrinkage of cement under different grinding time. The results show that with the increase of grinding time, the particle size distribution of cement tends to move towards small particle size, and the specific surface area and water consumption of standard consistency increase, and the setting time is shortened. When the cement particles were ground to 40 min, the increase of grinding time had little contribution to the 3d and 28d strength of mortar, and the 90d strength also decreased. At the same time, the drying shrinkage of mortar increases with the increase of fine particle content. For the high voltage shore power supply with fundamental frequency isolated output, its output characteristics are greatly affected by the DC bias of the transformer, so the DC component of the high-high cascade H-bridge inverter current must be eliminated in the design of control strategy. Firstly, the main circuit topology of high voltage shore power supply is given, and the DC bias phenomenon of transformer is analyzed. Then, a DC bias suppression method of high voltage shore power supply is proposed. The positive feedback of DC component is introduced to affect the output voltage of the converter chain of shore power supply. By adjusting the PWM pulse width in real time, the DC voltage component is used to compensate the DC current, which fundamentally realizes the compensation and suppression of DC bias. In 2017, it was 2.044 billion tons, an increase of approximately three times from 668 million tons in 2016, with an average annual growth rate of 6.8%, and building energy consumption accounted for 21.70% of the national energy consumption. Therefore, a typical single building in Wenzhou was selected as the research object, and based on Energy Plus software, the effect of thermal performance of exterior windows and shading on building energy consumption was simulated and studied. Based on the principle of centrifugation, a new method for reducing heavy metal content in river sediment is proposed in this paper. The implementation process is: (1) adding water to the original sediment and thoroughly mixing to obtain a rinse sediment, which is centrifuged by the centrifuge and obtain the dry sediment; (2) adding water to the primary dry sludge and mixing thoroughly to obtain the secondary leaching sediment, which is centrifuged in a centrifuge to obtain the secondary dry sediment. And so on, until the criteria for design requirement is met. Through four relative centrifugal forces and two centrifugal separation experiments, primary and secondary dry sediment of a certain sediment under four different relative centrifugal forces were obtained. ICP-MS test results show that the dry sediment obtained in the experiment condition with the relative centrifugal force is 100g (where g is the gravitational acceleration) and the number of rinses is 1. The content of heavy metals Cd and Ni that exceeds the original standard content has decreased significantly and meets the technical requirements for green metal planting soil heavy metal content level IV standards, removal rates are 46.6% and 20.9%, respectively; the content of other heavy metals that did not exceed the standard also decreased significantly. First, the CTM which could take into account the meso-structure of the mineral grain shape and distribution characteristics was constructed. Then, based on the model, many uniaxial and biaxial compression experiments were implemented to verify the rationality of the CTM. With the development of urban underground space, there will be more and more rectangular pipe jacking projects. For the shallow buried rectangular pipe jacking, the most critical problem is the overall-carrying-soil effect, which will adversely affect the project. Based on a shallow buried rectangular pipe jacking project, the numerical simulation of the pipe jacking construction process is performed using finite element method to analyze the overall-carrying-soil effect of surrounding soil during the construction of pipe jacking. It benefits a lot to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost of High-Speed railway by scientifically planning the daily operation and repair process of EMUs. Taking the specific EMU depot as the research object, this paper proposed a regression model which includes two steps to estimate the Level-1/2 maintenance plan of EMUs. In the first step, the influence factors of average daily running mileage of EMUs are analyzed, and a multiple regression model with the EMU routing, allocated number of EMUs to the depot, on-line rate, and average fault rate as the independent variables was built to forecast the average daily running mileage. Based on the average daily running mileage of each EMUs as input, the second step constructed an optimized model with the minimum maintenance cycle waste mileage as the objective function to equalize the maintenance expiration time between multiple EMUs. To solve the optimization model, particle swarm optimization was applied to obtain the best solution. To prevent fire and other major accidents, it is necessary to add flame retardant to the long tunnel asphalt pavement. However, there are many kinds of flame retardants in the market, and the effect of adding flame retardants to asphalt pavement on its performance remains to be studied. The effects of two different flame retardants on the properties of asphalt and asphalt mixture were studied. The results showed that the two flame retardants could improve the softening point, rut factor and limit oxygen index of asphalt. What's more, the ductility and the anti-fatigue performance of asphalt would be reduced by the flame retardants. Along with the addition of flame retardant, the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture was improved, while the low-temperature crack resistance and water stability were decreased. FR-4 flame retardant has a greater influence on the high-temperature performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture, but the low-temperature performance will be significantly reduced.
