On the contrary, mainly coherence and devoted work of the shareholders increase the lifetime of a journal. Moreover, following the improvements in journal publications in the world, policy making, and proper application of those policies enhance the lifetime. This title included studies of policy making and standardization studies during 2016-2020 with the aim of raising and maintaining the quality. Bu makalenin amacı, Heybeliada Ruhban Okulu ve Heybeliada Aya Triada (Kutsal Teslis) Manastırı Kütüphanesi’nin iç içe geçmiş tarihini Osmanlı dönemine odaklanarak incelemektedir. Halki Aya Triada Manastır Kütüphanesi, 16. yüzyılda, Avrupa’daki din savaşları çağında, batılı ve doğulu din adamları ve entelektüeller arasında iletişim yolu açarak önemli bir rol üstlenmiştir. 19. yüzyılda Heybeliada Ruhban Okulu’nun kurulması, sonrasında Heybeliada Aya Triada Manastırı Kütüphanesi’nin bu okulun kütüphanesine dönüştürülmesine, Ortodoks Hristiyanlığın tarihî merkezinde İstanbul Ortodoks Patrikhanesi tarafından ayrı bir önem atfedilmiştir. Kütüphanelerin önemini uluslararası çerçevede inceleyen bu makale, Osmanlı kültür tarihi alanındaki çalışmalara bir katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. The aim of this study is to give information about the process of letters donation as a special document category, sent by Ozege to Ataturk University, and to examine the personality characteristics and perspective about library of the collector. Ozege started writing these letters by deciding to make donation and wrote a significant part of his letters to the rectors of Ataturk University at that time. The scope of the letters mostly consists of Ozege’s donation requirements and correspondence regarding whether these requests were fulfilled or not. These letters, as primary sources, will help researchers to realize Ozege’s approach and sensitivity towards books and libraries. Apart from this, researchers will be provided with information about what Ataturk University (Library) did to organize and to serve the collection as soon as possible and also about all related processes. In the study, document analysis (documentary scanning) method was used to obtain and evaluate the data. Ataturk University Archive was used to obtain the data. The letters sent by Ozege to Ataturk University were listed in order of date and those selected for the purpose of the study were examined. Therefore, the data must be made open and the barriers to sharing must be removed. This study aims to reveal the attitudes of researchers -who managed Scientific Research Projects within Ankara University- towards research data management and describe barriers to data sharing. Descriptive method was used in the study and survey technique was preferred for data collection. Data collected from 194 researchers revealed that researchers were not able to manage data effectively. Most of the researchers do not prepare a written data management plan, or they do not plan applications related to data after the completion of the research, and they retain large amounts of data outside the institutional storage areas as well as not using accepted standards in creating metadata. In this study, the effect of scientific fields on data management process has also been revealed, and findings demonstrated that there are significant differences among scientific fields in terms of types of data created, types of data files, amount of data produced, familiarity with metadata and reasons affecting data sharing. One of the most important results revealed in this study is that participants find it sufficient to share data only through publication. Therefore, researchers prefer to share their results/findings, not research data. This contradicts the idea of open research data. Barriers to researchers’ data sharing are closely related to the current academic system and the anxiety of stealing and research ideas/methods. The data extracted from these services are used to assess the impact of these services. This study aims to describe user requests in the reference services and responses provided to these requests in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TGNA) Library based on the data extracted from such services. For this purpose, a form was created to record the requests received by the reference unit. The data set used in the study was obtained by penetrating the requests into this form. The pre-processing phase of the data gathered from 171 transactions in 43 working days was carried out by using KNIME software. Following the preprocessing phase, the data analyzed with SPSS software and findings were presented with descriptive statistics. The findings of the study declared that the users frequently request books from the reference unit, and as an interaction environment e-mail is a very used tool in responding requests and most of the requests were reacted in an hour. At the end of the study, recommendations for potential improvements of the reference services of the TGNA Library were made. Kurumlar arasi iletisimde hala bazi universiteler EBYS’yi etkin kullanamamaktadir. Universitelerin kurum disi resmi yazismalarini elektronik ortamdan yurutebilmesi EBYS’lerin birlikte calisabilirligi ile mumkundur. Dunyada ve Turkiye’de EBYS’lerde birlikte calisabilirligi saglamaya yonelik rehber, standart, yasal ve idari duzenlemeler gibi cesitli calismalar yapilmistir. Bu tez calismasinda, ulusal ve uluslararasi calismalar cercevesinde Ankara’daki universitelerde kullanilan EBYS’lerin birlikte calisabilirlik acisindan mevcut durumlari arastirilmistir. Arastirmaya Ankara’da EBYS kullanan ve arastirmaya izin veren tum universitelerin (9 universite) Daire Baskanliklarinda calisan 104 personel katilmistir. Arastirma kapsaminda anket ve yuz yuze gorusmeler ile veriler toplanmis ve bulgular sayi, yuzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma ve ki-kare degerleri gibi bilgiler kullanilarak karsilastirmali tablolarda sunulmustur. Arastirma sonucunda universitelerin kurumlar arasi resmi yazismalarini dogrudan EBYS uzerinden yapmadiklari, KEP ile ilgili sorunlar yasadiklari, vakif universitelerinde birlikte calisabilirlik ile ilgili teknik altyapi eksikligi olduguna yonelik hipotezler dogrulanmis, vakif universitelerinin birlikte calisabilirlik konularinda farkindalik duzeylerinin devlet universitelerine gore daha dusuk oldugu, yasal altyapi sorunu olmadigi, universitelerin rehber ve standartlara uyum konusunda sorun yasamadiklari ortaya cikmistir. Universite yoneticilerine EBYS’den sorumlu bir birim kurulmasi ve bu birimde bilgi ve belge yonetimi bolum mezunlarinin istihdam edilmesi, EBYS ile ilgili yardimci dokumanlar bulundurulmasi ve tum personelin erisimine sunulmasi, personele EBYS ile ilgili egitimler verilmesi, personelin birlikte calisabilirlik konusunda bilinclendirilmesi gibi oneriler sunulmustur. Yazilim firmalarina EBYS’nin diger sistemlerle entegrasyonu ile farkli EBYS yazilimlari arasinda tam entegrasyon saglanmasi konularinda calismalar yapmalari onerilmistir.
