Simultaneously, the advancement of new gadgets outfitted with different interfaces is filling quickly as of late. As a result, the upward handover convention is created to give pervasive availability in the heterogeneous remote climate. Handover might be a fundamental a piece of any remote Mobile Communication Network. It is a way of mobile communication and portable communication during which cellular broadcast is relocate from one base station to another without losing connection to the mobile communication. Handover is one problem on Wireless Network (WN) and to unravel this problem various sorts of HO methods utilized in network. Fuzzy logic, Machine Learning and Optimization are the handover solving methods that are studied during this paper. This paper is a review of the handoff techniques. Over the last decade supreme business are running with technological change. Online transaction or online banking is the use of technology for improved business outcome. And bankers are devising approaches to meet the demand of online bankers; they are busy in reviewing customer attitude in the field of online banking or online transaction, to understand the customer attitudes towards online banking or online transaction. Quantitative method employed to analyze the relationship between customer attitude and right of online transaction in Kurdistan region of Iraq. The researcher attempted to gather data from customers in Erbil, however 100 surveys distributed in different banks located in Erbil, but only 79 questionnaires have been completed successfully. The findings revealed that previous Online banking or online transaction experience and frequency and time length of transaction use have significant influence on trusting and the intention to use online banking. Perceived convenience had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and continuance intention. The findings demonstrated that intention to use online banking can be predicted by attitudinal and perceived behavioral convenience factors. The findings from this research have also exposed that the perceived security has a marginal impact on the customers' tendency to trust online banking. Once a developing field or discipline becomes apparent, the scarcity of the data volume becomes a challenging proponent for the correctness of a model and prediction. In the proposed state-of-the-art, a transitive empirical method has been used within the same contextual domain to extract features from a low-resource part via a heterogeneous field with factual data. Even though an example of text processing has been used for brevity, it is not limited. The success rate of the proposed model is 78.37%, considering model performance. Eye tracking seems to be a promising technology to achieve this goal. This paper researches interaction methods based on eye gaze tracking technology with emphasis in PIN entry. Personal identification numbers (PINs) are one of the most common ways of electronic authentication these days and they are used in a wide variety of applications. The PIN-entry user study used three different gaze-based techniques for PIN entry. The first and second method used gaze pointing to enter the PIN on a number pad displayed on the screen. The first method used a dwell time of 800 milliseconds and the second method used a button, which had to be pressed when looking at the correct number on the number pad display. The second method was introduced as hardware key or gaze key, but called look & shoot method in the context of the user study as this name is self-explaining and got high acceptance by the participants. The third method used gaze gestures to enter the digits.
