The energy of each sensor node in WBAN is limited, but we would like to extend the life cycle of the sensor node. Therefore, in this work, we introduce energy harvesting technology to achieve sustainable operation of sensor nodes. In this paper, a Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transmission (SWIPT) model among three sensor nodes is proposed. A reasonable energy and information transmission algorithm is presented to minimize the outage probability, and the resources are allocated reasonably. Finally, numerical simulations demonstrate the reliability of the proposed algorithm to minimize the outage probability with energy harvesting. The FSS is a sandwich structure, which contains two antisymmetric metallic layers, separated by LC. The relative permittivity of LC can be controlled between 2.5 and 3.3 by changing bias voltage. The optimization model of camera placement is constructed by this paper. In this model, we attempt to maximize cameras’ coverage area which meets the requirement of surveillance quality within the surveillance area, when the number of cameras is fixed. Meanwhile, we proposed the solving algorithm for the shipborne multi-camera placement optimization model based on genetic algorithm. At last two experiments about shipborne multi-camera placement were introduced to verify the optimization model and the solving algorithm. Aiming at the requirement, a class of weighted heterogeneous networks with the same weight sequence are proposed. We solve the main structural characteristics of our networks. Because of the non-convex constraints, the traditional convex optimization methods cannot be applied directly. Although semidefinite relaxation (SDR) has been widely applied to tackle non-convex problems, its performance cannot be guaranteed in certain situations. Towards this end, an Alternating Minimization Algorithm (AMA) is proposed. Specifically, the rank-one constraint is first transformed into a trace inequality. Then, this new function is solved by using the proposed alternating optimization method, which converges to the locally optimum rank-one solution. Inspired by this, a comprehensive scheme of hybrid metamaterial absorber (MA) based on the combination of plasmonic absorbing structure (PAS) and magnetic absorber has been proposed which can achieve extremely broadband absorption with the efficiency over 90% during the frequency band from 4.2GHz to 40.0GHz. The metasurface is formed by four different Micro unit cells, and the arrangement of the Micro unit cells is like a chessboard. The phase difference between every two adjacent Micro unitcells is 180°. These Micro unit cellshave the same structure but rotated 90° in turn. The wave front of the incidence can be controlled according to the unit cells that compose the Micro unit cells arrangement and the monostatic radar cross section (RCS) can be reduced. However, the wave number domain imaging algorithm based on FMCW CSAR has a low efficiency. Therefore, a fast circular convolution algorithm is proposed in this paper. With the method, the convolution is applied to express the scattering and the Fourier transform is used to calculate the convolution, which can avoid the complex calculation of the system kernel function and improve the imaging efficiency when the target is located in the center of the scene. However, the size and weight of the two antennas are not easy to reduce, which presents a challenge to the buoyancy control system of carriers such as deep sea ARGO buoys. According to the fact that the RDSS L frequency band of Beidou satellite is similar to that of Iridium Satellite system and partly coincides with Iridium frequency band, this paper provides the potential of using Beidou deep sea antenna for Iridium communication. Firstly, the electrical characteristics of existing Iridium and Beidou antennas on the market are measured in microwave anechoic chamber and SATIMO system. Then the outdoor measurements are conducted. These methods suffer from performance problems, some in low SNRs and others in high SNR especially when the desired signal is present in the sample training data. Among these approaches, the diagonal loading have proved the robustness in low SNR even for small size sample training data. The main drawback of this approach is uncertain means of choosing a diagonal loading factor. We present an improved diagonal loading approach and suggest the convenient way of selecting the diagonal factor.
