The metasurface is formed by four different Micro unit cells, and the arrangement of the Micro unit cells is like a chessboard. The phase difference between every two adjacent Micro unitcells is 180°. These Micro unit cellshave the same structure but rotated 90° in turn. The wave front of the incidence can be controlled according to the unit cells that compose the Micro unit cells arrangement and the monostatic radar cross section (RCS) can be reduced. Abstract
